Following an emergency call out for a leak at the back of a toilet, this man was in the house for less than 2 hours and the first sum requested was £7,000 discounted to a disgraceful £5000. This was a vulnerable customer in the middle of the night who has been robbed of thousands of pounds

Our tenant called this company out to try and fix a toilet blockage (out of hours) the individal that attended (the company director
SUHAIB SIRAJUDIN) charged £175 and said he was unable to resolve the issue and it was a complex matter that needed further investigation, after making the vunerable lady tenant pay the £175 by card, he then made her pay another £600 by card and saidf they needed to come back the following day to investigate, which she felt pressured into paying, the following morning she called the managing agent to explain, having realised she had been completely ripped off by SUHAIB SIRAJUDIN she then called to try and request a refund, he refused and said he had already paid someone (that night) to come back out the following day. A local drains company went out the morning of the 7-10-21 and unblocked the blockage within 10 minutes. Nobody from Plumbing Emergency 24/7 came back. RIP OFF - AVOID.
