I recently purchased a foot plate for a Skilsaw from this company. Before I ordered this item I contacted plumbersurplus.com to confirm that the item I received would be the same as the one pictured on the web page. Plumbersurplus.com responded quickly and assured me that, "The image we have for this item is accurate." So I placed my order and they sent me a different item that I had specifically told them I did not want. When I returned the item plumbersurplus.com tried to charge me a $20.00 restocking fee for their mistake and refused to pay the cost for return shipping. I'll never buy from these crooks again.

I moved to NYC over a year ago and had no experience with any local London Plumber companies. I called plumber over the phone and had it installed 2 days later. The office personnel as well as the technicians that came to my apartment were courteous and very helpful. I've recommended this company to others. If I need any Plumbing service in the future I will be contacting these Guys.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased over $100 worth of items from them, and they cancelled the order. When I contacted them, I was told by Aaron that the price advertised that I purchased was not correct and they "didn't want to overcharge me" for the order and told me "I could order them again" if I wanted. The new price was only a few dollars higher, but I will use another vendor now that I found out they are scammers. SHADY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

DO NOT WALK, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had. They misrepresent items in their pictures and send you the wrong merchandise. They overcharged me for shipping. They took a 2 ounce package and put a false weight of l pound on it and charged $10.61 UPS. It could have been sent by USPS flat rate for $4.90. I returned the merchandise and they only gave a partial refund and did not reimburse for the shipping charge screwup. I am still going round and round with them to straighten out this mess. They keep sending me Return Authorization numbers and UPS return labels for merchandise I have already returned. THIS PLACE IS RUN BY TOTAL IDIOTS!

I ordered $2800 with of sinks toilets and fixtures for a large home renovation. Two of the items arrived broken. I called Plumbers Surplus And was told replacements would be sent to me. I was instructed to keep the broken merchandise for 10 days just incase the shipper wanted to inspect it, I held on the the damaged goods for months. Finally we disposed of it. No replacement was ever sent. When I called Aaron I was told that I was over the 30 day period? I called in the damaged goods months ago and had a confirmation email from them- apparently not enough? Now they want pictures? I bypassed Aaron altogether and went directly to the manufacturers, both of which were very apologetic for my experience with PS and both sent replacements immediately.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PLUMBERS SURPLUS AND DO NOT WORK WITH AARON HE IS COMPLETELY IMCOMPETENT.

I ordered a fan that was not exactly to my liking. I sent them an email and they responded almost immediately informing me that they will send a replacement. Very nice people and easy to work with. They care about the customer and get the job done. Awesome company, I will continue to buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - This site is a complete rip off to consumers. The item was only viewed and not even taken out of original box. Brand new. When you return an item they charge 20% restocking fee! Unreal. You have to first get a Return Merchandise application from them and then you have to ship it UPS. That's another $10. Unreal. If I had known that I would of never returned item! Lesson learn always read about the business return policy. The line is always busy and you never talk to a person which to me is horrible customer service. Stay away and don't make the mistake that I did.
