I was skeptical at first, considering how good the deals were as well as the reviews I later read online, but that all ended quickly. I was initially overcharged, so I emailed them and they responded within 1 day - and fixed the issue quickly without any further complications. I then received my order a few days later with accurate tracking numbers. Honestly, I don't know how this company makes money taking into account how good the deals were, the quick shipping via UPS and their exemplary customer service. I rarely write reviews, good nor bad, but my experience was so antithetical to what most of the other reviews are for Plndr that I had to. Excellent experience! Will definitely purchase from again.
Tried multiple times to contact them about an order issue but they just do not respond, terrible customer service, will not be buying again
While this site has great deals on their clothing, accessories and shoes... etc... It just sucks to have to scroll through a TON of stuff, click on one item to check it out, only to be bounced back to the very beginning of the list of stuff you were looking at. I don't know who created that site but they need to sort things out better. Maybe group the clothing in a more organize way. I don't know, but that part it was deters me from shopping on it more.
Going by various reviews floating around the internet, PLNDR was awesome in 2011 but since then has turned to $#*!. Unfortunately I have just placed an order with them for the first time, will update when/if they arrive as to the quality & service I get when it looks like I'll most likely need to return items...
For name brand clothes they fell apart on me pretty quickly. I was happy with the low prices though!
