Super fast and easy to use ordering from playstation direct. Shipped quickly, and arrived in 2 days. They were emailing me with the status of my order several times even within those two days. Hello, On 01/23/2024 I received an account suspension wherein I know for sure no violation occurred. Upon contacting PlayStation the customer support as not helpful at all as no reason could be given and the email gave a general list of reasons with nothing specific. This has never happened to my account until last night while my son played Fortnight. We (mother and father) were there so no violation occurred. I will no longer be purchasing any digital games through PlayStation moving forward due to PlayStations fraudulent ability to suspend accounts and provide no clear evidence to did so. In addition I will be deleting the Sony Store for movies and only go through Apple. I have hundreds of games and movies that at a whim PlayStation can simply steel by not giving access. Again I will no longer purchase anything digital through PlayStation ever again. And I hope a US government body investigates PlayStation for this behavior as it amounts to theft.
I have been trying to get someone to talk to about my account why it charged me but I still can't play my online games. It's saying I need to buy my month subscription that I already have bought so playstation sucks n I am so mad because no one will return my calls or anything it's just saying error wtf n I will show it my bank where it took it out of my account n I will show you what it says on the account on my ps4 but I still can't play my online games
I trying to go online and every 2 days there's an update! Can someone let me in on the happens?! Stop the update please. I'm paying for online to play when I'm ready not wait on no update every 2 day. Bad business. Do anyone care any more. Smh
I hope you will end this strange practice to transfer PS exclusives to PC. It deprives your users from unical experience that only you can give them. Don't share it for money.
Useless playthings! My wife presented me PS4 for B-day. It was interesting during four months. Now I don't even touch it for a long time. Maybe it is just not for me.
So you buy a new game and it's $60 to buy a new game but you don't get full access to the game to play it on-line. You have to pay for a PS Online Account and for some games you have to pay fees to play those on-line as well. PlayStation went from a fun tool to play games on to something so costly that we stopped buying games and machines for our family. The machine was $400 and the games were $60 so spending $1000 a year for gaming was excessive and not a hard target to hit.
You save a lot more money buying the cd from stores then downloading it from the psn store. Prices drop a lot faster in stores.
PlayStation plus sucks for one HUGE reason... once your PlayStation plus membership expired they take back the free games as well
