The worst customer service ever! If a transaction goes wrong it seems impossible to correct. Only email support and they ask for the same information over and over again. It takes days for them to respond and when they respond they ask for information, screen shots that you already sent 4 times.

The movie paused without a reason, and had to load 5000 times during the movie...
I used to have a device that worked with this, that one broke. NONE of my ones now, work. NONE of them. They're all "unsupported." ALL. OF. THEM.
Somehow my google store credit has been frozen for a week now. I can not make a purchase because I keep getting 'payment error' according to wich 'I should be in the US to use google credit and gift cards'. I live in Illinois, and I was able to use half the amount of the gift card before it got frozen. Customer service agent says I am not old enough to make a purchase? Or I am not in the US or I didn't get the card from an authorized retailer... really? Even after sending her the receipt of the purchase from Walmart with Walmart's addres and purchase number on it. A whole week and they don't even know how to solve it

I been using Google Play Cards for years in the past 2 week when trying to make a in game purchase it is declined. I contacted the Help Center multiple time and they say I need to wait 48 hrs. By this time the purchase I wanted to make has expired. Can't I get a real person to fix the problem
Works okay but privacy concern and my searches are severely screened compared to other apps, sorry not the best but hoping perspective matures
It works - you can download apps in a relatively short time but... it's flooded with crappy apps which often spam adds and are created just to milk your wallet. 2/5 stars.
I don't know why they allow any trash like copypasted clones of "clash of clans" stuff. It's so annoying and hard to find really interesting and useful content. Please, clean that pile of garbage.
Nowadays Google play become more and more serious on the reviews. But I feel that it is too difficult for users to write some reviews on the app. Surely there are many fake reviews and seriously can filter out most of the fake reviews but it also delete some real ones. I want to see some improvement on this website.
