The name of this website should be changed from Play Win to Play Lose. The games are so heavily rigged that it is impossible to play any game here. I kept calling the customer care staff and asking for an explanation for this and now after a week they have blocked me and my account is inaccessible. Not that I ever want to play rummy on their website, but this goes on to prove that they are frauds. This website needs to be banned in India. I will be registering a complaint and recommend all those who have got cheated here to do the same. If too many complaints go, action will be taken by the police. If you are wondering which website is good for playing online rummy then I would say KhelPlay Rummy is the best website. They even have a mobile app, in case you want to play rummy on your tablet or phone. I havent tried it myself, but a lot of my friends and family members have, and everybody have shared positive reviews of this website. So, I am going to register there and try it for myself.
