I have never used the products of Platinum Skin Care as I never received them but, this is not the worst part. Please find herewith my review posted on Trustpilot:
I am writing this review because of the outrageous attitude of Platinum Skin Care towards me, their customer.
As I have no news of my order since Septembre 12 and that no one replied to my last questions sent to their "support group", I wrote a post on Facebook "Platinum Skin Care Gurus" (which is there too help customers...). Very, very bad idea. I instantly was treated like trash by a bunch of females. To resume, they attack people who are asking about their orders. The last e-mail from them (the one they showed to everybody on Facebook) was received on 2nd November. No more news after that. They said loud and clear that my order was still in my country and how stupid I was not to know it. But this morning they tell me that actually my order came back to America 3 weeks ago? Before telling people they are liars in public, perhaps they should check their info before. Isn't it their job? Accusing people before checking is extremely pathetic. It was my first time buying something in America. You can be sure I will never do it again.
I am not talking about the exchange of e-mails so why are you sending all the below? They are really having a hard time understanding this apparently. Yet, it is not complicated. I am talking about the way they treated me (and others of course - I see in the other reviews that I'm not the only one. How surprising!) on your Facebook Gurus group.
They keep on sending updates (check their responses below). What will the 5th one be? Nothing smart, that's for sure. The ones harassing is them. They must stop sending me e-mails to insult me. I won't read them anymore as they go straight to my spam now. They are drowning so badly in their lies that they don't know what to invent anymore. But, I'm keeping all the ones they sent already. They are despicable people and it continues. That's something I cannot accept. Can they send me any proof at all? NO, as I'm still waiting to receive them! You treat people like cabbage but they have NOTHING! No evidence at all. Too bad Trustpilot doesn't ask for evidences because they openly lie here as well. They can keep on sending me whatever they want, I will never delete my review!
One of them, Tiffany Griffin, published my private info with the following title: "You are not very bright are you" (because I don't know where my order is...). I sent them the screenshots. If that's the way to talk to customers in America, I don't know what to say. Furthermore, if it is legal to post personal info of their customers on Facebook for everyone to see, in Europe, it is not. The owner is telling me in her email that the Tiffany Griffin doesn't work at PSC. Is this for real? Incredible how they don't think. So risible. How on earth did she get the e-mails I was exchanging with PSC if she doesn't work there? It's even worse then I thought! It means that anybody can have access to their customers info? OMG. Do they went me to resend their e-mails to refresh their gold fish memories? Look up the meaning of the word "Ethic".
If even people of their group came to me to check how I was, it means that they indeed went way too far. Just like a pack of hysterical wolves. I sent them the list of all the people I had to block because of their behaviors. I also sent my conversations with some people of their own "Guru" group who were concerned about me. It's a summary of everything that has happened. I have witnesses, screenshots, all the proves about their behavior but they keep on lying. This is Exceptional! But, nice to see that not all of them are hyenas. It was so nice of them. Of course, I hid the names. I wouldn't went them to go through hell because they showed empathy towards me (look up the definition of that word as well). I sent them the screenshots and I'm still waiting for theirs (lol)!
I don't want their products anymore or their refund. They can keep my money and shove it down their throats (to stay polite).
People have the right to react to injustice. They think they can treat people like trash without impact? I'm not a sheep. I'm a human being fighting for respect.
They represent the female (I say female because for me, they have nothing human) profile that everybody hates: Lier, ignorant, slow-witted, jealous, arrogant, pathetic, rude, insolent, very bad mannered... They can keep on peeling their faces. It won't make any difference. They are way too ugly form the inside!
Your group offers help you say, and positive attitude towards everyone? You better follow some tutorials concerning these topics. Hopefully, you should find an easy one to understand on YouTube. Yes, it will take some time as you will be starting from scratch but you should make it... with a bit of luck.

First purchases TCA 13% and 20% series to DIY face peel, with Prep B (strong alcohol solution to clean face immediatley before peel).

Detailed, clear, all you need to know instruction provided via video, leaflets, and online info.

I started with 13% since I've been using glycolic 7% toner over a year, as well as other gentle acids. My skin is pretty hardy too. And, I am impatient and wanted to see results immediately. Recommend starting at lowest percentages of peels if you aren't familiar/using acids.

Supposed to start with 1 layer, I was able to tolerate 3 first go (again, confident due to my longterm prepping for peel).

Peel progressed pretty much exactly as Platinum's instruction/guidance had prepared me for. Did not have major peeling, but definitely shed a lot of skin overall.

Could see results after 1st peel though the best of which I expect will come later since peels have prolonged benefits, and expect cumulative effect after I've worked skin through 13% before stepping up to 20%. Most noticeable effect at this stage, skin feels silky soft.

Ordered Luminosity Peel Booster tester to add to second peel to up peeling-another bonus of Platinum-good sized samples with orders so can try recommended items out. Also Emu oil sample. In middle of second peel right now so can't review Luminosity properly, but the Emu oil feels divine after doing 1st arm peel. Look forward to using this w/ future peels, will buy full-size.

I have some minor melasma (brown sun spots) and didn't use the Fade Bright the first time, but purchased it for this second peel so used that beforehand. Not sure how I feel about it yet, melasma takes long time to treat, but feels good on the face after application, and happy with other products so far, so expect the same for that.

I did splurge and join the VIP when I saw shipping cost was about 10$ and 20% savings on products I was purchasing was 10-15$ so already with one purchase with discounts, I will save more than 65$ a year, since I expect to buy more of their products. I'd always suggest trying products out first because you might not have same experience.

Caveat-Skin care is very individualized, tons of factors determine its reactions to diff. Things.

Most of my skin care comes from The Ordinary. Unbeatable prices, and simple & straightforward ingredients. I won't be getting whole Platinum Skin Care line simply because it'd be too expensive for my budget, but they have a customer in me in a few of the products I'm happy with so far, like the TCA peel kits and Emu oil. And I will continue to try their other products when I can.

Tip on peels-follow their instruction packet. Got self over confidant during application of one of the layers I did today and didn't follow the application direction they suggest, to apply the peel directionally, and lost track of wear I'd swiped when I just swiped a different way than usual and think I doubled up on a few small spots, not remembering where I'd swiped. Probs no big deal this time during 3rd layer, but if it had been my 5th(final) layer that could have been an issue.
