I loved the parcel and was given plenty of information about the delivery - except tracking. That would have been nice but I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Some trouble when ordering due to a fault of my own giving the wrong post code. Super fast delivery and the value for what you pay is amazing well worth the buy!

Took money and havent heard anything since! Have emailed numerous times to no avail. Disgusting attitude to customers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order with this company some time ago for a Destiny 2 gift box (via their Facebook page) and to date nothing has arrived.

The website is no longer active and they have not responded to messages other than with an auto-message.

I would strongly dissuade anyone from using this company and I feel as though I've been scammed out of my money.

Bought a mystery box from them that still hasn't turned up and get no responce from messaging their page asking about my order. Avoid.

Bought the Zelda mystery box, loved every item inside and definitely worth more than the value I paid

Would do -stars if i could ordered the destiny 2 box after sending them emails &pm's which never got a reply to i left a comment on facebook post they commented saying its been posted it still hasn't come. Had to open a paypal dispute which they haven't responded to aswell update now started deleting comments on facebook

Returned as already had many items that came in box they where great sending me return address but not great in giving refund which I am still waiting for and won't reply to emails asking when I can expect refund. Seems there quick enough to take money but not so quick to pay it back.

Tried numerous times to ask questions but got no responses. Upon receiving the box all the items but one were all out of loot crate so disappointed with the overall experience

Do not buy anything from these its a SCAM, they dont keep up on there orders yet they continue to take more and more even though nobody is recieving the items they paid for. Stay away.

Ordered the Zelda mystery box on the 7th of September, have been told my order has been processed (but not dispatched). No reply to email querying order. Constantly being emailed about leaving feedback for my transaction, so in a nutshell here it is...

Transaction would have been great if I had actually received anything!

The website doesn't include your note added to the order for gamer tags when reviewing it after purchase. The website said 1-2 days delivery but while writing this we're now on the 8th day since I placed the order, when I use the link provided by email to track my order there isn't enough information displayed for me to know what is going on with my order. I tried to message you via the chat on Facebook that I had to receive updates on my order but I only got an automated message saying I'll get a response soon but I haven't gotten a response in a few days now.

Bottom line is I have no idea what is going on with my order and there doesn't seem to be any easy way to find it out with the tools provided by you.

I placed two separate orders on the 9th & 10th of September and received confirmation emails and messages on messenger for them both. Since then, nothing.
Tried contacting them on messenger as the message said.
Nothing.
Tried emailing them via the contact information on the website.
Nothing.
Tried calling them on the number from the site and they are permanently "on the phone".
It's now been over two weeks waiting for the alleged 1-2 day delivery with no products or communication. Never have I ever dealt with a such a shoddy, ignorant excuse for a company and safe to say never will I again.

There is no way to contact this company. Facebook messenger is a bot saynig they don't use Facebook Messenger, Emails go unanswered, and the phone number goes to an unmanned voicemail.

They have several other companies set up with the same phone number etc, all have reports of no actual good been shipped.

Avoid!.

Still haven't received my package and everyone I email or message it just gets ignored don't think I'm gonna receive my package and believe it's probably a scam

I ordered a Harry Potter Mystery Box in September and am still waiting for it. Sadly I didnt get any response to my messages via facebook and mail. Now I hope to get my money back.

Its so sad! I was hoping to get an amazing box. It was the first time Ive ordered a mystery box and was excited.

Ordered destiny box on the 9th. Email stating despatched in the 14th sept. Still no parcel and no answer from company. Avoid as they have done it before as a different company. Hoodie heaven.

Simple and easy site to use. No hassle finding anything. All plain english. Quite pleasing in todays standards...

Purchased Destiny Varsity Jacket.
No goods, no updates, no response to calls and emails. Had to start a resolution center process with PayPal.
They also seem to trade as dorsetpersonalisedgifts on ebay and I tried to purchase the same jacket (billing via funkypenguin) same issue and had to get ebay involved.

The t-shirt print didn't survive one wash. Really disappointed. I like the idea of what they sell but the print quality is rubbish.

Ordered £25 gift box 4 months ago... NOTHING. No replies and disappeared off the planet. If anyone gets development on status or who these people are, please post.
