WARNING TO PURCHASERS. * I ordered small glass boxes from Pujiang Minghuang Crystal CO., Ltd. Zhejiang, China for a very special event but was horrified with what was sent to me. I had ordered what I thought was small glass trinket boxes with small feet and a lid, what arrived was very different then the photo on the website as well as the pro-forma invoice. But the real cause for concern was most of them had small black particles floating through them with scratches as well as the cardboard presentation boxes that they were sent in were completely damaged. The total lack of customer service and overall negative experience with the vendor has left me very disappointed. Obviously will not be ordering from this company again and feel it necessary to warn other buyers. I can only assume that a reputable company would be eager to take back flawed and damaged product as they would not want their name associated with such poor quality, but from the lack of concern and action from this supplier, I can only assume that they did not offer to replace this shipment as all of their products would be the same quality.
