There has to be someone you are paying to keep the app working. You need to tell them to get off there goddam $#*! and start doing there job!

The calzone was rock hard - there was no option to add more sauce to it.
Pizza, even when asked to add more sauce wasn't any better.

Ordered barbecue ribs not all had sauce, Tuscana chicken Alfredo they sent out new barbecue wings and I called and talked to them we hadn't ate the chicken alfredo yet until about 9 and we were very disturbed of the sour taste it. I'm not sure what's going on and why it tastes different this time but we were not happy. Woke up during the middle of night also with severe stomach cramps I don't think I order again and I'm a very good customer order at least once a week so this is kind of sad.

I dealt with pizza hut at 1949 Finch Avenue phone number *******313 was horrible. The first time I ordered macaroni with bacon and they didn't send me any utensils or napkins. I stopped ordering anything from pizza hut so I thought about it and I do like the way that pizza hut makes there pizza so I started ordering pizza again I ended getting 5 points online which enables me to get a free pizza with 2 toppings on the pizza when I tried to get it on super bowl Sunday I was told that I have to come in and get the pizza I am handicapped I can't walk why when I ordered 5 pizzas before that they didn't tell me I have to come in and get the pizza. Called for delivery and was told they had no wings available. What? So wing street is obsolete? Ordered anyway and got a veg pizza with no sauce. Not to mention I asked several times for parmesan cheese and didnt get any. Meat lovers was good and fresh. Delivery was on time! Not a fan of centralized phone orders

I purchased a pizza for a second time past couple months and thought the first pizza with the skimpy toppings was just an employees lack of training possibly? But then today I ordered one with 3 toppings Ham, pineapple and onions and Literally the pizza had maybe 2 pieces of pineapple, one sm piece of onion and one sm piece of ham on each slice. This is a Disgrace! I don't expect tons of toppings on my pizza, but I do expect a decent amt that you can at least Taste the Topping you Purchased... This is Unacceptable and Not sure if this is All the Pizza Huts doing this to Cut The Cost? DO NOT Go To Pizza Hut on APD 40. Am I Not going to purchase any more from them. This is close to my Home, but I will be looking for another Place to purchase my Pizza...

Quality of the food, good. Ordered meaty marinara supreme. From past experience I had to order extra sauce because if I didn't it is actually dry. So my issue with Pizza Hut is not the quality or taste of their food, it is the quantity. The portions are very small. They have also changed their to go packaging. The containers appear large but they are so shallow. Just an illusion meant to trick consumers. Lastly the cost. I feel compared to their competitors Pizza Hut is very costly, especially for the size of the portions.

It takes a long time to get the pizza ready. But one time I got the wrong order and they said "sorry no refunds" so i went to the manager and it was the same

Ordered Pizza, bill $20. Plus. Couldnt eat it was loaded with SALT. Called and complained and was told---we dont use salt. This is the second time I have complained, the other time
They replaced the Pizza and it was just perfect. Since this was my second order having received another perfect Pizza, I expected not to have the problem... WRONG. And I
Should have just flused my $20.00 down the commode. NEVER AGAIN.
