“Horrible Experience”

Horrible. I placed the order online and left clear directions. I received an e-mail stating that I would receive my order in 45 minutes at 11:27 a.m. I finally called at 12:45 p.m. to check on the order. I was told that the driver had called my number and was with the security guard and didn't get an answer. I literally sat at my desk for the entire time and never got the call. I asked her where he was and he had LEFT WITH THE PIZZA. She told me that the driver was "turning around" and I informed her that she could just refund me and cancel my order since I'd been waiting an hour and a half already. The driver didn't have the presence of mind or customer service mentality to seek other options. Just chose to leave with something ALREADY PAID FOR and shrug his shoulders like it's no big deal to make someone wait even longer for their food. Nice and no thank you. This was my first experience with Pizza 9. There WILL NOT be a second.
