I had a problem reinstalling a FCPX plug in I purchased a few months ago on my new computer so I contacted the customer service. They troubleshooted the plug in and made it work in a matter of a few minutes. Thanks for your help.

After nearly pulling out all of my hair in anger and frustration at trying to install my many plugins purchased from PFS, I had to phone a friend for help. Chloe, a customer service agent from PFS came to the rescue and manually took control of my computer to install things a bit differently than I had been attempting. Needless to say, I went from getting red title missing screens, to everything working perfectly thanks to her help. After about 3 hours of installing on my own, and an hour of her fixing it, my project came back to life. Purchased some plugins through PFS, have been happy with them but had a technical issue with one of the latest plugins I've purchased.
I reached out to support, which took maybe 30 seconds to connect to a real human, I explained I couldn't edit text boxes.
10 minutes later I was provided with an update file along with SUPER SIMPLE instructions to apply the file and within 1 minute the problem was fixed.
I'm speechless.

After installing ProKaraoke, I launched FCPX, I saw all the effects of ProKaraoke were there. But when I move the cursor over the effect, all I can see is the red background with the big letter "T" and the yellow exclamation mark on the lower left corner of the letter T. Contacted agent via chat. Got the quick help to resolve my issue: Create the missing folder for the plugin as shown in this path: Macintosh HD/Library/Plug-Ins/FxPlug/. Reinstalled and everything worked perfectly as expected. The Pixel Support agent is helpful and knowledge. Thank you.

I've I have dozens of Pixel Film Studio's plugins for Final Cut Pro and they really do make light work of what would otherwise be a complicated task requiring a time-consuming jump to Apple Motion or After Effects, Reasonably priced, too.

I have been using PixelFilm Final Cut Pro X plug-ins for 3 years now and they've been good, easy-to-use and reliable. I purchased the FCPX Stories plug-in a few days ago but when installed, I kept getting the MATTE RED screen problem (attached). The problems were solved after waiting for 2 days and about half hour of intense live chatting with their customer service. No complaints now.

I installed the PixelFilmStudios Maps plug in and had some issues. I got on their online live chat and they were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. And the plugin is awesome!

PixelFilmStudios is my go to source for FCPX plugins. I like that they make them incredible versatile across the Apple Creative Suite, and not just limited to FCPX. I can also use these in Apple Motion. These are incredibly powerful plugins. I work in Esports and I use these throughout my projects to enhance my workflow. I currently own 35 of their products, including several of their megapacks (which come with many updates). Get them and watch the world unlock.
