I was looking into a Pirtek USA Franchise in USA. I made some calls around and found out that most of the owners were very disgruntled, while some were very neutral. The main area of discontent seems to be very high product cost, top down dictatorial management and a very high profit for the Franchise as listed in the disclosure document 25-30% profit. They even charge for pamphlets, line cards etc!. It sounds like a great idea but why so many complaints. Any suggestions for the Ohio, Nortern Kentucky markets.
