As the title states, I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a spare tire kit for my car, and it arrived within a couple of days after ordering online. I think it was priced fairly. I've seen some of these kits slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. What I received will definitely have me considering to order from them in the future. I had a pleasant conversation with Laura. She informed me that my order was canceled and the information presented to her had no explanation. She told me it may have been because of security concerns, like an incorrect address or email. I requested to speak to a person whom I could reorder my part. I was sent back to the computer prompts but could not get anyone. I hung up and placed my order again.

Ordered a blower fan for my wife's jeep. It said it was high quality but it's quite noisy compared to how one sounds when you get a new car off the lot. Since I installed only a few days ago, I can't speak to quality over time but initial quality is below my expectations. However the website and delivery process was easy and the part arrived ahead of schedule. I will most likely order again.

I was able to easily find my paint color on the website and even make changes shortly after my order since I noticed an error. The paint came in the mail two days earlier than expected! The color matches perfectly 👌 slightly different since my paint is original 2007 and has faded. So happy with my cute touch up kit. Thank you!

My number one criterion when doing business with any company is customer support and RealTuck nailed it.

Lucky find! Needed spark plugs for my 1927 John Deere D tractor. These plugs are easier to find in the USA, but in Canada they are a lot more "fewer and farther between," so I was surprised to see them in stock. Next, the price was great compared to the prices from the US retailers. I don't have it down to exact dollar and cents but I would estimate I saved around $50 with NOT having to worry about exchanges/duties etc. They were shipped really quick too (I ordered late Sunday, Monday was a holiday and I still received them on Wednesday).

One of the best online buying experiences I've had in a long time. I originally ordered two items, only to realize I needed a third item a few minutes after placing the order. I was able to call a live rep in the phone to cancel my original order and add my additional item. I've ordered from quadratec before no problems and crown is a good manufacture. However, I found out that my jeep blew a head gasket 2014 wrangler. They are replacing the thermostat but they will not use my parts now I need to return this part and pay for shipping so not your fault but I'm not very happy about the whole situation. I'm either going to try to sell it or just return it and lose money.
