Pink Style Boutique

I placed a order with Pink style boutique on June 30,2021 and as of today December 8,2021 no merchandise and always the same E-mail claiming to be working on my order. You can never talk to a person. My lost but never again from them.

A fraudulent purchase was made on 8/12/23 made using my credit card through PayPal. Received delivery notification but nothing was delivered to me... Filed a fraud claim with my bank and contacted the seller to no avail.

I placed an order on 3/28/2020 - I just received 1 of the 2 items last week. RIDICULOUS amount of time for a delivery and I didn't get my complete order. The clothes look nice on the site but the stuff is garbage. The quality of the clothes is piss poor! I have emailed numerous times and NO ONE has even answered my emails. Save yourself the time and drama... go to Shein or Fashion Nova quality and the reputation is there. VERY disappointed with this site. I wish the BBB was really still effective.

I ordered a red dress, from the picture it was actually red. When I received it some four weeks later it was maroon. I already had this color in this style, I attempted to contact the customer service by the email they gave, Email does not work. It only sent you to the home page for purchase. Yet the directions say not to return to the address on your package. Contact customer service for a return. All I want is to exchange for a different color. How difficult they have made this process.

I placed an order for a shirt dress on June 28,2022 and have yet to receive it. First they said it was delivered and then I got an email from them on July 12th, that the package was still in transit and for me to be patient. This was the last update provided and I would like a full refund. Poor customer service and communications, I will not be placing an order again.

Please do not waste your money. Horrible and cheap clothes that smell awful. Look nothing like the website and a trash return policy. Please save yourself the aggravation and frustration being scammed

Wanted to point out that there appears to be two different companies being reviewed here! One company is Pink Boutique which seems to be legit (never ordered) & the other is Pink Style Boutique, a Chinese company that is a scam! The items WILL NOT be as pictured on the website so DO NOT order. IF they respond to your complaint, you may be offered a full refund if you pay for return shipping to China (very expensive) or a small percentage off your current or future purchase of you can't return. The positive reviews & pics are not to be trusted... I understand that some companies are now providing gift cards for them!

Do not order from this site. It is a scam. Their return policy is trash. They will first try to give you a 10 discount and when you refuse they will ask you to ship back to China for upwards of $80 to $90 dollars. More than the cost of the items you bought. PAYPAL WILL NOT HELP YOU. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. ALL LOW QUALITY KNOCKOFFS. FAKE PHOTOS.

I ordered $200 worth of merchandise for a photo shoot and NEVER received my order! Then, they sent me an email asking if I liked my items, from a no reply email! I can't get a hold of anyone!

I have order 3 outfits and only received 2 back in MARCH, 2022 and yet to have not received my dress. I'm now at the point I won't my money back for the dress cause I know I can't fit the dress now. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN……NEVER

I'll never shop here again! Thanks for poor service and I will tell my friends so they want try to purchase anything here!
