If you like to pay for something and then not have a timeline or any communication past the point of this site taking your money then it's a site for you. I ordered over 15 days ago and have had no information other than my money being taken and the initial thank you for our money email?!

Just disappointed that I wasn't immediately notified upon ordering that the suit wasn't available. I appreciate the notification but I have yet to see notification of my refund. Would also have liked information about when their if the bathing suit would be available in the future.

I thought that my order was gonna be processed within a day or two it was several days and it was from China which I thought it was gonna be may be from Australia so it's gonna take at least three weeks to a month to get here so I'm not happy.

They responded immediately with a thank you for my purchase. Asked graciously if there was anyrhing else they could help me with and to contact them if anyrhing came up. I was impressed until I tracked my package a few days later. If the retailer would have put information on the invoice that it would take weeks even months to receive my item I purshased I would not have bought it.

There is no estimated time for delivery and I have not heard anything after the order was confirmed a week ago

I don't know yet since it has been a week since ordering and haven't heard if the item has even been shipped. It was easy to order online but it would be nice if they would communicate what is happening.

We did get notification that it was sent and received the swimsuit soon after. My daughter is very satisfied with it.

I ordered it and then three weeks in I never got any update on it and I'm nervous on whether I will get it

My order was very very slow I have to email and call them, and I have not received my order yet thank you

Im still waiting for my items, I ordered on April 8 todays 21, so delivery time its very bad. Its the last time I order something from them.

I ordered a large because I am a small person but I wanted to make sure it fit, top fits well bottoms are just a little cheeky, overall I love the suit I just wish is was slightly bigger

I didn't think it would take so long to receive my order. I wasn't aware at the time of purchase it was going to take a month to be get my order

Overall great! Just hoping my purchase when come in on time by the 4th of July is when I really need to have it.

Emailed them twice about status of my order, got no response at all. Its been 10 days since my order date. How do they survive as an online business when they can't even respond to their customers? Scam company. If I don't get a reply or my product, I'm reporting this company to the FTC for fraud. Shut it down!

Update 5/7/19:

After over 2 weeks with no response & finally received order, the pillows are ONLY the covers. No pillow inserts! Their item title and description on the product page says CUSHIONS. Sketchy as hell. Also a chinese company/warehouse masqueradng as a US e-commerce site in S. Cal with a 949 # - CUSTOMERS BEWARE

I am still waiting to receive my order, but the swimsuit looked super cute online, Im just very disappointed at the lack of communication throughout the processes. I have no idea if my order has shipped or when it will ship.

Cant really review on product or place bc I havent heard back on anything! But yes they have already taken my money!

I love the variety of clothes pink picot offers. They have stylish clothes for all types of women and are affordable! I had a great experience purchasing my super cute swimsuit from this site. They were efficient and I received my swimsuit in less than a week. I definitely recommend this online site to everyone because its definitley hard to find super cute, good quality and stylish clothes that are also pocket friendly!

My bathing suits are great quality. I bought 4. The only problem was the amount of time it took for the bathing suits to get here and the sizing. As long as you contact customer service they should help you with your problems. Be persistent.

I just wish my order shipped faster or I was updated on my order status more frequently. I was left wondering if my order was going to make it in time for my vacation at the end of June.

The only thing got is my order has been confirmed. I haven't received my order. Would like to know I went I could expect my order to arrive?
