I tried to track my order that was given but it never loaded up. I sent an email asking them for help and they were really fast at responding and helping me out! Honestly the best customer service there is on any fashion brand and the quality is honestly amazing. I normally buy things when things are on sale or there's free shipping and it becomes with very good discounts

They have really cute items and I also love that it tells you what size the models are wearing as well as their height. Some of the stuff is expensive but I have found some stuff that was a really good deal. The shipping is super fast and inexpensive. I will continue to shop with this site as it is my favorite.
The clothes here are very trendy. Shopping here makes me feel excited. Prices are not expensive and I feel they give good quality.

This site is wonderful. Not sure why anyone would write a bad review about it. Every dress I've bought from here I always get amazing compliments on! The products do not look cheap. I've even worn one of the dresses on a office party and people were in awe of how gorgeous the gown was. I will and do order from here very often. Happy shopping loves. Shipping is fast and really cute clothes. I haven't really checked out their customer service but I haven't been disappointed yet.

I have ordered two things separately from pinkclassy and loved both. The website is organized in a customer friendly fashion and the quality of the stuff is great. Also love that people can post pics in the outfits so I can better gauge what size I should get. The quality is great, the price range is amazing and I really love the reviews from other customers. You merely go on the website click the items that you want to return and your shipping label prints out and you just package it back up and put it in a mailbox and it is good to go.

The store is great. It has very unique items that you cant find anywhere else. I have bought items from them several times over the last couple years. I have never had a problem with shipping. On occasion, I have returned an item without much difficulty. I don't know of any other site that stocks this variety of unique and adorable clothes. I have gotten some of my absolute favorite items from them and I can't fnd most of their items on any other websites. I am in total love with pinkclassy.

I read all these reviews and was a little worried after I already placed my order but in total I ordered 5 items and they all came together and within the 10 days of placing the order. Although the quality of the material is as expect in comparison with the price i paid for the items, i am actually really happy with everything I've ordered!

Bad business! Don't expect to get all you ordered or the right size if you're lucky enough to get your whole order. They will not give you a full refund even after they said they will! I placed my order 4-16-18 and over 2 months later I'm still missing my shirt. I emailed them and they just beat around the bush telling me to check with my neighbors and the post office. Total BS!
