Signed up for this website to try new products for free. Never came, def some scam, terrible communication, and they don't tell you after you sign up and take these questionnaires if you will or will not receive the product. Now sure how they have 4 stars, hard to believe anyone has gotten anywhere with this site. I unsubscribed hoping they weren't just phishing for information. Was a waste of time.

They get all of your information, say you will be getting a product, then you never get it. False advertising! Took me 20 minutes to answer all their questions after I had received an email stating that I would receive free items after doing so. But after 20 minutes of my life and after they received all my personal information, they THEN tell me that I MIGHT receive the item. I would NEVER had wasted my time. But they also sell your information to other sites. I am now getting constant spam mail from 100's of other sites. I block these sites but they are coming in daily with different emails...all spam stuff right after I signed up with them. They are horrible! And really should be investigated for falsifying their claims and promises. Crooks, they are!

That used to be a great website till they changed everything and the way you get samples is so different and stupid now. Also, to just click on something takes forever because of all of their pop-up ads. The whole site is super slow.

PinchMe is such a waste of time. You have to do a survey for every thing you want to try. And the surveys are plain ridiculous. To get a mini snickers I had to do a 5 minute survey answering when and why I snack among other things. And then to get a stick of gum I had to do the EXACT same survey right after! You have the info, save it! And you only qualify for 1% of the things you apply for. And it takes forever to get the 600 coins you need to ship things. I highly recommend not wasting your time!

I fill out all the questions and qualify for products. I get a notice that they ship but they never arrive at all, or a box arrives with 1 of the 4 items it says we're mailed. They don't ask for reviews so it was never shipped in the first place. Waste of time.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDS BACK AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS> never received any of my 4 boxes or orders that i placed in for and constant emails and messages gone unanswered. The questions they keep asking on the site is so repetitive its getting so annoying to keep clicking each circle what the response will be. You answer the same freaking 20 questions with more 40 responses for what? They could save my responses from last time and save me the hastle. This site has become so laggy with spam from ads that its not fun anymore. Its what it is. SCAM!

I would recommend pinchme like I use to but this new site is no good we still have samples we haven't even received yet from the beginning of the year and now we have to apply to try samples and when you do you don't receive any. What a waste of time they were excellent company before the change.

This website is a scam! They get all your personal info, promising to send you free samples and you get nothing! I'm assuming they're selling your info to other websites to make money, and you get nothing but a bunch of spam phone calls/emails/texts! Don't sign up!

I got my first offer today. It said that if I downloaded an app and used it for a week, I would receive a survey about my experience with the app. After completing the survey, I would receive a $100 Amazon gift card. The problem is that their link to download and register the app is broken. This is a waste of time.

Pinchme manipulates you to keep taking surveys and join things. It appears to limit you on your samples. Your first box you have the option for several samples, second box is a little less but more samples. Then your box is after that you're lucky to get two samples because of the time frame it takes to earn coins to ship the box. Then you FINALLY earn enough coins to get your samples sent. Then an hour after you order your box three samples pop up and one you have to check out on 48 hours but there's no way to earn enough coins in 48 hours unless you jump on their other stuff that try. Every single time I signed up for a game or a program to get extra coins for items to ship I have never been awarded the coins. Not worth the effort for what you get out of it. Cheaper to just buy what you want. It's not "free" it cost a ridiculous amount of time.

If I could give zero stars I would. They asked people to review this site before the made these horrible spamming changes. You have to earn 600 coins to have a item shipped to you that's if you even get picked. They advertise all these new appliances and other items but I haven't seen one person get anything since the new site launched but cat food. I bet if.you ask any of these reviewers that wrote these reviews it was before the new site launched. I know because I was one of them who sang their praises until I saw what was happening after the change.

First 3 times I did surveys to get boxes I had earned came every 3 weeks now it's been a month I haven't received my other 2 boxes I have talked to them online about it through email all they said was we don't have the tracking information to give you any they said they sent it just wait 3 weeks and you can get your boxes and give your review and sometimes items are shipped separately if it dont come come dont worry about doing the reviews online not really helpful i just dont think they will ever send something valuable if your approved for something another thing i noticed they dropped coins and it's takes me almost a month to get hardly ever approved for anything like before i will just delete my account once this box is filled ill doubt ill ever get the last couple boxes i earned

Pinchme was okay if still a little scammy originally but in the last year, it's straight garbage. It is impossible to qualify for any product that isn't a cheap little peace of candy or off brand face mask that isn't actually good for your skin. The coin offers now required keep going down in amounts and most of the digital offers don't give you the coins you were promised. Forget getting a gift card you were promised in trade for an offer. It's not going to happen and your emails about it will go unanswered. Trust, though, that if you do sign up for a digital offer, your info will end up being sold so fast you'll be inundated with scam calls, texts, and emails before the next day. It's too much work for a nestle mini crunch bar. And no one out of dozens of groups, reddit boards, and discords I'm in has ever qualified for any of the big ticket items we encouraged to apply for. Overall it's a huge scam to get your info to sell.

I decided to join this site in January. I thought cool I'll try out the samples. Leave a simple review. Only problem is I never received any samples!

PinchMe used to be a good way to try samples. However, they have changed their format.

You now have to do long surveys for them to even decide if you are approved to receive the sample. Then, after receiving the approval to get a sample, they require you to sign up/pay a fee/do tasks (like long surveys with random survey companies) to accumulate enough PinchMe points to pay for the shipping.

Btw, they will also randomly remove any saved points you have while you are waiting for the new points to arrive.

It's a very disorganized and unproductive business model. I will be leaving this site. The amount of time wasted here is ridiculous.

This used to be the best free sample product testing platform. I have received tons of products but since they changed the way the do thing I have not received one sample to test in months... Please don't wast your time with them you will only be disappointed

Now they have you to still apply and you have to now how many coins to get the item shipped very stupid and not fun to even do. I don't like pinch me.

They changed to apply to qualify for everything and they all show in your order history but nothing has shipped for me in months. I have pending orders from January and it is currently August. I have also been getting so much more spam lately and I'm sure it is related. Not really worth the time. I used to get full sized items every so often but lately nothing.

I've been a member of PinchMe for about two years now. It was great at first, but now I'm starting to see the scam.

For every "apply to try" product survey, you are given 5 coins - but it takes 600 coins for them to ship your box. You do get an additional 50 coins ONLY IF you're approved to try the product, but imagine how long it takes for you to build up to 600 coins.

So, forward to a month later and you finally have your 600 coins and a full box! Yippee! Oh, but did you know they don't keep stock? So the products you applied to try at the beginning of the month will not be arriving! (: But they won't tell you that!

And I am aware of the other options offered to earn coins, but the apply to try surveys are the only option that doesn't involve signing yourself up for a credit card or spending money.

Another big issue I have is the shipping. When you go to approve your box to be shipped, they say "Enjoy free EXPRESS shipping" but it is not express. It took me an average of 2-4 weeks to get a box. They claim there is no way to track a box, but when your box arrives you will notice a tracking number below the barcode.

On the boxes they send you, there is a little QR code and a message that says you can scan it for more coins! Cool! Every single QR code I've scanned off a PINCHMe box is bad. It will redirect me to a web page with a mocking message of "Sorry! This link was here for a good time, not a long time." Lovely. Don't you guys think if you honored the "express" shipping you advertise, people can scan their boxes quicker?

Around a year into trying pinchme, we had to move. My previous landlord called to ask why there was still spam mail under my name coming to the unit. Turns out I forgot to change my address on pinchme (my bad!) but at least now I know who signed me up for all the ELLE DECOR and Travel Magazines. (:

They have not responded to my last 3 emails regarding issues with error messages and my last four boxes being missing, and it has become extremely disappointing, discouraging, and a waste of my time and effort.

This used to be a great site but now it is more of a job. Should be getting paid for being on the site. You apply for samples but have to apply for a lot to get enough points to receive them. Then, you are working diligently to get enough points and you get an email saying if you don't have the 600 points in 48 hours you will forfeit the sample. Prime example of a business that was good to start but got too big for it's britches. People are doing you a favor by going to your site. Your chances of getting the sample is slim to none on the bigger ticket items. Sad to see a good thing go bad.

Clicking thru all the pop ups and political propaganda (yes some are bonkers questionnaires) to even reach the "checkout" process is draining. I don't see myself using the site much anymore and have unsubscribed from their bombardment of email spam and spam texts.

PinchMe has become a scam site. I have been adding samples to my account for weeks and still have received nothing. They keep sending me emails saying my box is being prepared or ready to ship but still nothing. Their greatest asset is that they are supporting and promoting other companies and businesses and can't keep their own site above water and honest. They are scamming people, getting them to sign up for all kinds of junk just to get free samples that I doubt even exist. They started out as a fun and exciting site to collaborate with, but have seriously damaged their reputation by not honoring the requests of people who trusted and put their confidence with them. Its one of three things...either they have "bitten off more than they could chew", they are showing favoritism to a select few, or they are just dishonest and have crashed. Seems they may not even have the staff to fulfill peoples' requests.something is very off with this site. Then, you get tons of emails, scam calls, etc from the companies they've given your info to. It's become a real joke trying to deal with them. I sent them an email asking what was going on and why I haven't received any of the products I have requested for weeks now and they send me a generic response that did not address my inquiry at all. This tells me they have no staff and are just trying unsuccessfully to pull this off...but people are starting to wake up and realize how dishonest and sneaky they are being. Just read all the bad reviews and you will have your answer. They have become nothing more than a scam. It's a shame because they starting out with a bang. Now it's just a waste of time. Not going to get anything from them. Period!
