I had a very large leaking coming from my loft, Pimlico were there within 15 minutes from calling them and stopped the leak. Saved me thousands in the long run!
Terrible service, kept me waiting all day, did not fix anything, failed to deliver services I was told would be delivered over the phone, and was charged £100+ for a 20 minute inspection in which the handyman concurred 'yep the door is broken'. Company is bordering on being a blatant scam. Helpful and willing to tell you what you need to hear up until the money transaction, after which they delivered some of the rudest customer service I've experienced. Avoid at all costs.

Sad to say total rip off merchants. Stood up to their reputation. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT. Extremely disappointed for a two minute call out. No leeway.

10 minutes visit to quote for indoor door replacement cost £120, was not told this on call. Quoted £800 in Total to replace doors. I said no thanks. Now Pimlico charged me £120 for 10 minutes quote. May they rot in Hell.

Beware of Pimlico! When faced with a leak, I called them. Their plumber advised destroying my bathtub and drilling my neighbor's ceiling, which I later found out was unnecessary. Instead, a friend recommended a competent company, who fixed the issue in under two hours – surprise, the leak was under the bathtub, a full-blown waterfall! This new team skillfully repaired it, left tiles intact, and charged fairly. Pimlico's incompetence cost me around £500, broken tiles, and stress from their unnecessary actions. Don't make my mistake – avoid Pimlico and opt for genuine expertise!

Charged £285 for not fixing the extractor fan after 2 1/5 hours looking at it. Professional shoud be able to assess if it is possible to fix the problem or not and it should NOT take that long 2 and half hours to recommend buying a new extractor fan in the end! Not Recommending, useless service!
