How do they get away with it? - I looked everywhere on the net 4 a pair of air force 1's and pickyourfashion was the cheapest so i thought i would order from them... BIG MISTAKE! When i was tracking the order I was puzzled to find that they were being shipped from china, despite them being an 'english' company. When i recieved the trainers they were fine for a week until the plastic buckle snapped. After sending pictures like they asked they had the cheek to offer me either a 50% refund or pay another £30 for a new pair! They then agreed to give a full refund, and after asking for the address to return the trainers to have not heard anything since. I contacted PayPal but they said that because it had been over 45 days, they could not refund the money. How they are allowed to get away with it is mad. Someone needs to put a stop to it.

Fake trainers sold from what looks like a UK website but isn't. - Recently ordered two pairs of trainers from this supposed UK website. Not only did they arrive with Shanghai mailing labels on them but the trainers inside are fake. After contacting them to say I wasn't happy with the product, I've had nothing but unhelpful e-mails back stating that their products are 100% authentic. I have since had it on very good authority that this site does not provide real Nike trainers or any other brand of trainers on their website. If you want a pair of fakes use this site... if you want a pair of real trainers stay well clear...
Bad website - The same thing happened to me. I successfully ordered the trainers but got an email saying that they were only available in women's style and would I be able to make an exchange. I said no and I want a full refund. I am waiting for a reply. If I do not get one soon I will be contacting PayPal and reporting them to trading standards. Etc.
In future I will always check a website first and i hope nobody else makes the same mistake. These guys are crooks!
I just got these emails from them:
"our website is under updating, if you want to do an exchange, you can choose a replacement no matter the price, if you want a expensive style, you need not to pay the difference price, if you want a lower price replacement, we will refund you the difference price. And cause our website(pickyourfashion.co.uk) is under updating, you can visit our another website(www.footerkey.co.uk) to choose a replacement, and send us the replacement style via email."
And then this one, after asking for a refund:
"it is no problem, we will report your order to our financial, and your refund will be issued within 5-7 working days"
So in the end they were OK. However, they are Chinese and fake, be very careful!
