I orginally booked a rental car through Priceline for thrifty rental. Well, as per the "new normal", the event I was traveling for was postponed by 1 month due to the pandemic. I contacted Priceline and they stated they were powerless, and I would have to contact Thrifty, which I did. Wouldn't you know it, Thrifty said Priceline would have to change it. 4 hours and so much frustration later, no one will change my reservation and I am out $400. Guess that's a small price to pay for the lesson I received about Priceline. Stay away! Book directly, and dont be afraid to haggle... lesson learned...
