On the website, they claim that production time is 24 hours if payment is cleared by 7 a.m. This was the case for my order. 4 days later and my item has still not been shipped, despite several emails back and forth about this. I would understand if production took twice as long as they state on the website. But 4 times is not acceptable, especially when they know I need this order shipped. No effort was made by this company to honor their own promises on their website and email correspondence. I cannot recommend this company when others are doing a better job and keeping their promises to their customers. The telephone number they have online is only available during "business hours"! I have called them several times during the day and never been able to speak to anyone. They do not inform you of what the business hours are! Just stay away from this company.

I recently ordered a Groupon from Picanova.com, when I called to ask if I could pay for my order to get here within 5-6 days they told me they only do STANDARD shipping, even if I wanted to pay an extra $20 for them to ship it to me on time they wouldn't do it. Very frustrating when you need them within a week, hopefully they changed there policy, or they will end up losing customers.

Currently dissatisfied- website says product has shipped, but no fedex tracking number is listed. No one is answering toll free number or 305 area code, I've been calling for 6 hours now. No response to my email. Gift will not arrive in time for Christmas gift. Will update if I receive any response.

UPDATE: I'm changing my review to 2 stars with an update that this company is not a scam. They do, apparently, exist. However, they clearly over-booked themselves with the Groupon deal accepting far more orders than they were able to handle and have a very immature customer service system. Not answering their phones or e-mails and not having any way to leave a message is SKETCHY -- they need to fix this ASAP.

After I originally posted my review here, I attempted to contact them every way I thought possible, having exhausted phone calls and e-mail. I tweeted at them and then sent them a private message on Facebook. Facebook, of all things, is where I finally got a reply from someone. They assured me that my order was on its way and said they had an issue with their system which was supposed to send out tracking numbers.

My canvas prints came the next day. The quality was fine, though the canvas is "thinner" (less sturdy feeling) than Costco prints and the color seems as though it would completely dissolve if it got wet (I tried cleaning a spot off a corner with a damp finger and the paint came off). I delivered one of my two prints as a gift and it looked very nice.

So, overall I'm happy with the product (at the Groupon price -- I'd never pay their full price). The company made some huge mistakes though. And I still seriously doubt the validity of the first handful of "5 star" reviews on this site. My original review is below.

WOW! This company is a fake/scam or something. Like the others, I haven't received any communication in weeks. Have tried e-mail, Twitter, and phone calls. No way to leave a message. Also, look at all the "positive" reviews on here. They are all from a 3 day window --- SUPER SKETCHY! I am sure these are fake reviews. SCAM!

Ordered a photo to canvas from a Groupon offer. The canvas was so thin that you could see the outline of the frame through the canvas. It distracts from the image.
