Phyllis and Troy

These people through lack of communication screwed up the sale of my house. Then they left for Mexico for a week and the deal was totally dead. Phyllis is very rude and not too bright. Troy reels you in and then disappears. Phyllis then does all the work and very poorly at that. It took her 3 months to start updating me electronically on new listings. Then when I asked them to get their sign off my property and withdraw the listing, they never did. Today is Jan 12th and to this day it is still in the MLS even though they were told to withdraw it back in beginning of December. When I asked them to let me out of the listing, they said " no " so now I have to wait til the listing expires to put the home on the market again. Do not sign anything with these two.
