I was hosting my domain on cpanel & later decided to move it to directadmin. I am not a very tech guy so migration was really difficult for me but PhotonHosting guys saved me. They helped me to move my website data without any trouble, and helped me out of their scope to resolve my issues during & after migration. I am very happy with them. Thank you
I have been using this service for past 3 years now, every time i faced an issue it was a nightmare to get it resolved, they take 24 hours to reply, their online chat is of no use. I always thought of changing my domain hosting to a different company but they some how solved it within the time frame of 48 hours. But this time, its been 24 days and they have not resolved the issue, i cannot access my emails, I cannot access my cPanel, i'm just stuck with these guys for believing that they can be better one day

Their prices are dead cheap and I am quite happy with their service. Service uptime is good. I have been using their services for a couple months now and I must say, for the service the price is excellent.
