I have made over 70 photobooks with this company. The quality is excellent. I have just finished a photography degree, and used photobox for all my printing, books and single prints. Only one book had to be reprinted, which was done quickly, book soon replaced. It does take time for delivery, so don't expect it to arrive quickly. Its always well packaged. If I have needed to speak to anyone, I have found them most helpful. I have been using photobox for a few years now. The only negative I will mention is the new studio they use for producing books manually. It's not as good as the previous studio. There are not as many options for embellishments, manipulation or photo editing. I dont tend to use the auto photo insert, which allows the programme to 'make the book' for you, as I would then spend more time adjusting which photo I want where.

“False Advertising - Not Delivered in time for Christmas”

Eventhough I adhered to the Photobox dates for submitting my artwork, they have now said they won't be able to deliver my books in time for Christmas. They said on the phone "we are sorry to have FAILED you and all we can do is take off the delivery costs". I feel SO disappointed as I won't have presents to give to my family at Christmas (photo album of my newborn baby), instead I have to buy additional presents or turn up empty handed. This is money I don't have as I am on maternity leave. I will NEVER use Photobox again. Their website says they will give you 110% money back if you have a smudge on your artwork. What about compensation if they miss Christmas? Offering free delivery for them being LATE is a JOKE and terrible customer service.

Pretty shocked at the poor reviews on this website. I have used them for over a decade, making 2-3 albums a year from them. Wait for when their special offers come around which do so very often - you should never pay more than £40 - £50 for a 100 page A4 personalised photobook. The software I have got used to... it can be frustrating, but once you know its nuances, you get used to it - that said, it has all changed for 2020! The final product is excellent, production and delivery quick, and customer service ok, especially on the live assistant.

Bought 2 canvasses from the company and one had some defects.
When I contacted them, they immediately got back to me to resolve the problem by sending a new canvas that was absolutely perfect!

Have ordered many times from photobox and have always received really great products. Recently ordered a large canvas online, which is very quick and easy to do and love how it tells you if the picture quality is good enough. Product received very quickly. Good prices and deals too.

Ordered an iPad case with a personal picture on it, was a little slow in the post, but this was probably because of Christmas post! Other than that, the case is good quality and I definitely recommend! I emailed the company when I read these reviews about their products not turning up (as I hadn't received mine) and they emailed back within a couple of days, really friendly and even offered a free print!

I have ordered from Photobox several times and each time I have had excellent quality finished product, excellent price and the best thing is that Customer Services are quick to answer phones and solve any issues quickly and efficiently.
