Very easy to use for a genealogy or family vacation project! I like the pdf format for the ease of use for my projects.

I am very happy with the service and products from Photobooks.pro thus far. I found the MSWord to PDF process very helpful in creating a combination text and photobook, because I could use a process already known to me. Also, the photos embedded in the text of the PDF reproduced at a very acceptable level for my purposes. I haven't used the template and photo process yet, but from the results from the PDF, I'd expect the photos to be even better with a higher pixel rate using the templates and uploading individual photos. A Photobooks.pro technical person even contacted me via email before sending the book to print on a possible issue (which we resolved immediately). Thanks Photobooks.pro!

The cover showed scuff marks (visible through the clear plastic protective cover) and the print quality is lower than expected (and lower than prior books)

I would have liked the option to edit a couple of photo's where the writing will be cropped as I was printing from Aperture.

I found the photo's a bit grainy. Given I know the photo's were high resolution I would say they have been printed at a much lower resolution. I was disappointed at the lack of clarity.
Don't know if it would have been better on a different paper. It was better than other's I have used but not as good as the old Apple print from Aperture which has now been closed down.
Everything else was great and web site easy to use.

Everything from ordering to delivery was fairly easy. However, when I received my book glue was visible where they had bound the book. To the credit of the staff, they asked me to send photos of the binding and agreed it was a production error. They immediately replaced my book. As far as the price - for the book it was relatively competitive but delivery was excessive, almost double to cost of the book.

It was so hard for me to find someone who would print the albums I made on Photos on my Mac and converted to PDF's. Thank you!

With a lot of help from Meghan (via Chat), I was able to complete my order of a number of calendars, and am very happy with them -- best since I've been making them (2006). Now I'm about to order a book (mostly photographs with a fair amount of text), and again I'm working with Meghan and receiving wonderful support. But...this evening I ventured to your website to get additional information and find it confusing, and that is an understatement. The combination of links that do not work, coupled with those that do work and present incomplete information, make the website useless to me. Tomorrow I plan to contact Meghan and I'm sure she will be able to steer me in the right direction, and I'll place an order, but it should be so much easier.

Also, I should add that I've been talking your company up, and several friends have asked for your website, but I'm not sure that it makes sense for me to provide it. Sorry!

It took a while to get going and the only issue I had was that when uploading pdf files ... it doesn't seem to be doing anything so I probably quit a few times when it was actually working. But then I left computer and came back and it was to the second step. Love the books and hope to have another ready in the next day. Thanks! Wendy

Online chatted with 2 girls and got fantastic help. I am not very computer literate or at least photoshop literate, and they helped me achieve success. Shantelle C was the last girl I talked with and she gave me the encouragement I needed to do this album for my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you.

The site is easy to use, and very user friendly. I did not feel rushed to make my project. The colors on the final print were considerably darker than the source files. This is something I had expected when converting CMYK files to RGB, but even with making those adjustments, the colors still came out darker. This could be corrected with proofing, but I simply didn't have the time to wait for a proof. The pages inside are a great quality paper. There was no issue with image bleed through or interference when viewing double sided pages. Overall, I am really happy with the product and the ordering process.

On this particular order, we were satisfied with the printing and binding of the book. Unfortunately, the dustcover had a staple mark that evidently was pressed into it and penetrated the dustcover.

To solve the problem, we switched our company book dustcover with the customers. It was more important that our customer received a perfect book.

Our contact person at PhotoBooks.pro was exceptional! Our delivery date for our book was a off by one day (scheduled to receive on a Friday), which pushed the delivery to Monday. Perhaps the delay was because of the Labor Day holiday.

I am satisfied with the book quality. I have only one issue with my book. If the dust jacket is ever removed from the book, the reader has to open the book to know the Title and Author. I was told this before placing my order but once I received my product, it did leave me uneasy to give this to my customer. I hope you will eventually put at least the Title and Author on the black suede cover. Other than that, I'm a satisfied customer.

I haven't seen the final product yet. WHen I get my photobooks, I will be able to make conclusions about recommending the service or buying from it again. Right now this question is inappropriate.

As always, phonebooks.pro has the best Customer Service. If the product has any issues that are unsatisfactory, they make it up with fast solutions to the problem. There is nothing more you can ask for from a company that understands Customer Satisfaction.

Your customer service was great and your website made it easy to put the book together. I wish you had photo samples on yur website of different covbers and paper.

Your services are bit slow, and has a drop old look to it, Never the less, you did the job without any major hiccups, and for that reason alone i will continue using this fantastic and surprisingly inexpensive service.

Really like the product and the pricing. I teach a High School photo class and have had a bunch of my kids order from here because of the products and I will continue to next year as well. I don't like the painfully limited ability to design the pages and layout pictures. But that was easily remedied by doing all the layouts in Photoshop and uploading the complete pages.

I used photoboos.pro to make some photobooks out of pdf files exported out of my online photo journals. They sent me a quick reminder about shipment regarding my comment, and replied my inquiry in a timely manner as well. Great customer service! Thank u!
