I ordered a cold air intake for my Chevy Camaro SS. Never received it and it said it arrived at my door step but I never got it. We have cameras up to watch surveillance and no fedex guy showed up. They also charged me twice for one order and I had to call two times in a week before they finally gave me my money back. 10/10 would not order from this place again. Bad service, slow, never received parts and they charge you twice for one part. Stay away from Phastekperformance it's bad news. Really didn't want to give this company a bad review, but I'm out of $378 dollars and still no parts and it's been past two weeks

I received the wrong part and I'm still waiting for the rite part!

Purchased the license plate LED bulbs. They came in the same package but when I turned them on one is bright white and the other is more of a blue hue. They don't match!

Not happy order was placed Dec 9th and yet to receive it.
Guess now it's a late Christmas Gift if it ever gets here

I bought a set of caliper covers. I did not like the clips that are used to hold them to the car. I sent them back exactly the way I received them.It cost me twelve dollars to send them back.It took one full week from the time they received them and three phone calls from me to finally get my card credited. They charged me an additional twenty dollars for whatever reason. I will never order from this place again. Very frustrated x- customer... 2018 Camaro SS.

What disaster I wanted to have my shop install before summer season
And now stuck with car on a lift with nothing to install

I searched high and low for an "RS style" rear spoiler that would fit my 2018 Camaro SS. The RK Sport fiberglass spoiler looked perfect for my needs so I purchased it, only to have my body shop inform me that it is a very poor quality product. The spoiler is advertised as primed and ready for paint but it is far from that, what with numerous significant chips, dings, and very inconsistent body lines molded into it. The body shop also informed me that the fit of the spoiler to the trunk lid is poor with many inconsistent gaps. They told me it would cost at least an additional $500.00 to "make it right". I am not a big fan of the factory SS wing but the RK Sport spoiler is so bad I ended up putting the SS wing back on and will be returning the spoiler for a refund.

I have not received it yet, I'm hoping I get it soon. I cant say that I like it because it's not here.

It is difficult to enjoy something that has yet to be delivered...,,...,,...

Fitment was horrible. Had to cut my rear ELSD mount and still fits very awkwardly. The tips do not even align and I tried everything. Very disappointed in this exhaust and the money i spent again. Never buying afe again.

So I purchased the Sto n go license plate holder because of the review on lethal garage! Total tipoff! I installed the sto n go on my 2017 SS Camaro and it only lasted about 2 weeks on my car before it completely separated from the bracket. I didn't even realize it was gone until I went to wash my car. Now I'm non compliant with California law due to no front license plate and I'm out of $90.00. Yes, it was installed correctly. No I did not hit any bumps..

I have a 2016 Camaro SS and I ordered a set of lowering springs that was supposed to lower 1 1/2" but that did not happen. Front dropped 1/2" and rear did not change. After calling and sending emails phaser he finally sent me another set of springs which I had to pay an additional $100 and then I was to send back the other set once I swapped out. The new set still only lowered the front a 1/2" and this time the rear dropped only a 1/2". Would not recommend these springs. You will not be satisfied. Phastech is very slow to respond.

Ordered a part, took longer than expected to come in. After adding the part to my car, it came off the next day after applying exactly how the directions stated (even adding extra screws for stability). Have not heard back any news about my refund yet.

I bought a t5 splitter painted and one day on the car at 85 miles an hour it broke into. 600 dollars and labor later it's gone. You should not sell products for sports cars that can't take 85 miles an hour. We drive camaro's not prius. I feel that there should be some warranty. I have spent a lot of money with you and am totally disappointed. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere!

Red Calipers look very cheap and over priced. And the fact that they did not allowed me to return them pissed me off!

Order these parts for my Camaro and upper control arms didn't fit. I called before I ordered and was told they fit I return the upper control arms now I have to wait two weeks to get the correct arms. Not happy won't order parts from Phastek Performance anymore.

Ordered parts, they weren't right (didn't fit even though the website clearly said they did) then when I inquired about this to the company they insisted its not their fault and wanted to charge me a restocking fee to return the parts and would only accept them in the "original packaging". Basically they'll sell you faulty parts, tell you its not their problem, and make you pay to send them back under ridiculous conditions. You would think with their prices they would be able to make a plastic part that actually fits correctly.

I purchased a turbosmart vr7 dual bov for my gen 6 Camaro, it showed up on time but did not fit my upgraded turbo so I asked for a rma, after arguing in emails for a few days I finally got my rma. I had to pay to ship the item back and a week later get an email stating that I not only cannot get a refund but they wanted even more money to ship the part back to me. Tried calling only to get voicemail. No where on the site did it say it wouldn't fit my car or mention anything about having to be the stock turbo. I was misled and robbed for $300 bucks. I never write reviews, but I feel this time I have to so no one else gets robbed. Just another company trying to get over on the little guy. I have contacted the better business bureau but seems phastek isn't an accredited business to begin with. Just a bunch of crooks drop shipping parts they know nothing about. Do yourself a huge favor and buy your parts from anyplace else! As far as my mechanical knowledge, I was a mechanic for 20 years in the U.S. Army... stay safe out there, and God Bless!

Ordered "SS" emblem vinyl inserts. Followed installation instructions/video. There is a reason the video chose the color they did for the demonstration. The inserts do not completely cover the original color. Not a good look.

Don't like giving negative reviews but this decal was junk. It tore apart during application and ended up in the trash. For the most part Phastek offers quality parts and excellent service but I would avoid this particular product.

Phastek should be out of business. Terrible service, they know nothing about the product the sell. I bought a mishimoto oil cooler from phastek, I had a problem with it and they told me to contact mishimoto. Thank god mishimoto is a good company and they helped me no thanks to phastek. If you care one bit about how you are treated, stay away from phastek

I was looking for wheels over 6 months. I couldn't make up my mind which wheels would be best for my Camaro SS. Finally pull the trigger Phastek IROC-Z wheels. Oh my these wheels are fantastic. I had them put on tire place. All the customers came out of the building to look at my Camaro. They couldn't believe how awesome the wheels looked. Thank you Phastek

Item stated delivered, but was not in my mailbox. Contacted support and they are making me jump through hoops to receive some type of compensation
