I wrote a review yesterday in which I gave my order # and their tracking # and that parcel to nowhere. To-day
I went up on the site and find both my order and tracking # have disappeared. Someone checks your site
Regularly and purges order information. They did not respond to my 2 e-mails to 2 different e-mail addresses.
Anyone who has bad experience with this company first file a complaint with USPS, Paypal and then file a review on
Sitejabber as the company promptly erases shipment and order information from the site.

Ordered April 28, Atill no supplies and ripped off for the special delivery. Tracking # goes no where and have no idea how it is shipped. I am going after PAYPAL now as they have to know this is a scam.

I bought and paid for a number of masks on 4-24-20. So far i have gotten nothing from this phoney Chinese company. I guess it will never end from over there. Paypal just blew a bunch a smoke at me about fixing this.
We are 38 days and i have nothing from either of these groups.

I previous had review that they did not send out product and I could not contact the. I opened up a dispute with my bank and I don't if this had anything to do with it, I finally received my mask over 2 month later. Still their customer service sucks.

It's taking way to long for my order to arrive - they are over priced - I can not find a contact number for them now that I'm concerned about my order for mask and goggles..

Do not order from this company. I received my orders of K95 masks and there is no instructions in English. This company is a scam. So how am I supposed to know how to use it when there is no instructions in English. Then I checked that is made in China. So, I went into my account and there is a link that says "Contact Us" but you can't open it. Then, they have an email and when I sent them an email, I received an email three times that it couldn't be forwarded and my email tried to send it to them three times. There is no 800 number available. Then I clicked on the link on the Return Policy and it says not to return the items to the manufacturer but return the merchandise to an address in Shanghai, China! Then you have to pay for the shipping yourself! What a scam! When you return the merchandise to China with registered mail, it might become more expensive than the items you bought it! What a scam! Do not trust this company! When will China stop on fooling America? Stop it, China! Your wicked ways are going to be vindicated by our God Almighty, in Jesus' Name!

Be careful of the shipping cost at check out.$288 to ship less than 1/4 lb. through the post office. That is a rip.

I ordered 2 face mask from them and I got a small package with 4 filters. I tried to contact them but their email was too full was the reply I got back from mailer-daemon. I contacted pay pal and the canceled my claim saying they checked my tracking number and was delivered. I told them it was the wrong item received but they wouldn't listen. I recommend no one should ever buy from them or use pay pal again. This was their response.
