Horrible service, over a month to receive from CHINA, do not understand English, refund policy is a joke. They offered me $2 for a $26 bed that was described to hold a 25 lb. Dog. I have a 9 lb pup that doesn't fit in the "medium". Total junk and a scam. Do not purchase from them. Instead of refund they are sending a new bed. Obviously translation is poor. Their website says "tank you" for thank you. I should have researched more. Beware product description not correct. That's a 12" dog toy across the bed.

Petyay hides that their products comes from China. I ordered a digital Dog fence and I been waiting for it for almost two months now. Doesn't do any good to message them because their response is automated so this tells me I'm not alone in this experience, They always blame the Corona Virus as the package crawls slowly through PitneyBowes 3rd party to ship this to USPS from China.
I'm not convinced if my package is really out there heading this way. Wouldn't surprise me if I never receive it.
I ordered an electric dog fence which either wouldn't work or would zap my dogs continuously. I asked for a refund or exchange and they offered me $5 to compensate for the expensive defective equipment. Do not use them!
BEEN WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT OR A REFUND. Nobody returns an email or anything. If it has chinese when you order it cancel it right away. This is the 2nd time that I have not gotten something from the Chinese! BOYCOTT ALL THINGS MADE IN CHINA
