Ordered last week from this site and received the item a day earlier. They also have good customer service
I ordered cat vaccinations and the website told me that they were available for me to get sent dog vaccinations instead. When I called the company to get this fixed they informed me they were going to send me the correct vaccinations and have me send the wrong ones back, but within the same day I get another message saying that they are out of the vaccinations that I have ordered but yet the website still says that they're available. I am out over $250 because of their screw up and I will never order from them again. Heartland is the best online ordering website I have found. Somebody answers the phone every time I call so I never should have switched my vaccination providers.

The post office tried to get us to pay for shipping so I refused the order and left neg fb. Come to find out it was a huge misunderstanding. The company made sure I was given another bowl for free, refunding my original purchases! They proved themselves to me and I highly recommend them.
I ordered horse ivermectin from this site. I dilute it properly to treat cats for mange mites. Way way way cheaper than the vet. I think you get enough for a 1250 # horse for $10 including shipping. To get cat ivermectin you need a prescription, but not for a horse! Lol. This is one of the last bargains out there for us folks who rezcue animals. Fast shipping, good service.
