Friendly sales people and helpful with my many questions have the product i want on the shelves store hours are good

I bought 6 fishes 3 years ago, 5 of them are still alive and huge! I never have to worry for diseases, I just bought a bigger aquarium because of the size of my fishes and I was worry to add more fishes, concern of diseases etc. it was no problem at all! Its been 2 months since! Prior I had aquiarium and when I bought one fish at a different store, all of my othe little fishes died even the algae eater!

We took our dog to the Abrego store in Green Valley today for a bath and grinding of her nails. The staff were excellent! They took such good care of her and the best bath and grinding we have ever had done! Our dog is our family member, so we were there early to pick her up. So we got to look through the window as the took excellent care of her! At almost 16 years of age, she looked so young and super healthy with how well they bathed her and brushed her! We will be taking her back for grooming again!

Only go there for our per supplies and parakeets. Fish and frogs... great staff. Love the return policy as well

My favorite store to get my cat food from. I especially love the Dr. Bronner's greenie snacks which are so healthy!

Good stock, prices are ok, very helpful staff. Stores are usually clean, some days they have a pretty bad odor, depends on the day.

Have been bringing my dog here to be groomed for about 5 years. They offer a veteran and also a senior discount, both being 10 percent off and can be used together, making grooming much more affordable. Thanks Petsmart

Not only do they have everything under one roof, the amount of money they donate to shelters in incredible. I groom my dog there and love the results.

Great treats, my german shepherd Wilson always gets super excited when a new bag of Blue Wilderness dog food comes in. Not the cheapest option, but Wilson deserves it and I'm very sure he loves it!

This is Lily, my female German shepherd, she started going to Michelle's training class when she was just a little pup. We ended up signing up for private sessions because she started showing signs of being anxious, over protective, and stress. One hour with Michelle made a big difference in improving her reaction and attitude towards her surroundings. Michelle will make sure the dog is very comfortable in their environment and often gave breaks if Lily showed signs of distress. Lily doesn't bark at people or attempt to lunge towards them anymore. Michelle also recommended a easy walk leash for Lily. It made a big difference during her day to day walks as she no longer pulls and stands by my side. I strongly recommend Michelle to anyone as she is wonderful, patient, and knows what's best for the dog's mental growth. Continue what you're doing and keep up the great work. I go to Petsmart for my chinchillas, birds, dogs and rats! Chew toys are awesome, they have bones that arent made of rawhide which is GREAT. So many things to offer. I go and volunteer at the signal butte and baseline location. Highly recommend it

Petsmart always has a great selection. The website is easy to navigate and very helpful. While I like to shop in person, this is great for research.

Really like ordering from these people, I've picked up item at store, and also had items delivered, all packaged well, and shipped in a timely matter.

Jessie, in the Boynton Beach, FL location is a fabulous trainer. He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. He makes the class fun and memorable! He's always available for help between classes. I recommend him highly!

Have had our rescue dog in training for 4 sessions now. AWESOME trainer and course. Have had dogs for my entire life (55 yrs) and this is the first time I have done a training class of any kind. I thought I knew it all - boy was i wrong. Such a amazing difference - wish I had done this decades ago. Thanks Terrah & Petsmart for such an eye opener!

Our local PetSmart (Seabrook, NH) has some of the best customer service ever. They are always available to help us find items, carry heavy things to the car, and even give coupons out. A great place to shop for pet items in a friendly environment.

I have been a customer at our local Petsmart since they opened and I absolutely love the place. They carry the high quality foods that I like to feed my pets and if they are ever out, they will hold it for me when it comes in until I can get back to the store. They also have adoptions from our local Humane Society at the store regularly. That I love! If you have not been to PetSmart yet, you are missing out! :)

Emily at Albertville al pet smart is Amazing our dog can't wait until she sees Emily then when in salon she loves on Emily and Emily loves on her the whole store is great we visit every month

We took our Australian labradoodle Dexter Lee to Becky in winston-salem nc to be groomed and she did such an amazing job.

My cat Lola LOVES the temptation treats so much. When she gets stuck under the bed it's what motivates her to get out! I even made a YouTube video for her "Miss Lola stuck under the bed" by AngelaZ:-)

I like shopping at PETSMART. Their stores are always organized and clean. They have a wonderful selection of pet accessories and necessities. We purchased our pet bunny there 6 years ago. He is still healthy and doing great. The staff is knowledgeable about the store and has always been able to answer my questions. I was very bummed when the one in our town shut down they were my go to pet store.

Customer svc lady went above and beyond to find special dog food. This food by royal canin is in short supply. But petsmart help find the food for my mother's pet. I love how they groom my mother dog and they groom my cats too. I will not go anywhere else.
