NEVER, EVER, BUY PETSMART EARMITE MEDICINE FOR CATS...WE BOUGHT IT TWICE, PET ARMOUR AND IT IS THE MOST WORTHLESS MEDICINE FOR EARMITES FOR CATS... WE USED IT FOR 3 MONTHS, MABEY 4 AND IT DID NOTHING...A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY...I THINK THE EARMITES ATE THE STUFF...GO TO A REAL VET TO GET THE REAL STUFF...NEVER PETSMART.ITS A BAD SCAM FOR YOUR CAT...I WOULD BE LEARY OF ANYTHING AT THAT PLACE.

Poor customer service, poorly trained associates. Rude associates. Don't even bother buy elsewhere where they actually care about their livestock.

I've finally wised up! 2 Years ago can of wet Authority for cats was $1.25 now $1.89!
Spending Hundreds of dollars on cat food is UBSURD!

The Petsmart phone app has serious glitches. DO NOT continue to select PLACE ORDER button when you don't see confirmation on first attempt. It will charge your account every time you hit place order. It appears as if place order doesn't go through and still wants you to select PLACE ORDER! You then have to spend time with customer support trying to figure out how to get your money back. Horrible Horrible experience

Stopped by PetSmart and asked for a price for trim and wash. Quoted $88.00. Dropped off dog and got call that due to heavy matting behind ears they would have to cut that area close and it would cost a little more. I went to pick up dog and they had shaved him. Then I went to cash register and they charged $154. To me that is more than a little more for what looks terrible.

My wife dropped off her Poodle today, Sat. 6. 25. 22@ approx. 1100 for his appt.@ the Abercorn location. When she went to pick him up, this is exactly what he looked like. Needless to say, she is upset! She went off on the manager and grooming dept. employees. She asked for a "lambs cut" and it looks like he received a hatchet cut from a blind person. This is very unacceptable and there are no excuses to be made. My wife will not allow this groomer to touch her dog again...

I ordered a stand. They sent email on 1/5 that it was "on the way". I checked the tracking on 1/9 and it is still sitting at Petsmart.com warehouse. Customer Service says they will get back to me in 72 hours. Seriously, it's a large box, look for it and ship it... 72 hours... ridiculous. I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

March 24,2023 I resigned from PetSmart in Bloomfield Michigan as their dog trainer because of long haul Covid fatigue. I was informed by a pet parent that shops there that I was let go because I was addicted to drugs. The person responsible for this baseless lie is the district dog trainer, Niki Herren. It is beyond irresponsible to lay claim to a destructive rumor. I intend to file a formal complaint with PetSmart corporate.

Yesterday I had an appointment at Petsmart on Narcoossee Rd with Kae C for a full grooming session for my 8-month-old goldendoodle. I have to say that Kae is the worst groomer I have ever dealt with. My wife and I spent 10 minutes or so explaining what we wanted and stressing to her what we absolutely did not want. Left our dog for 4 hours and came back and she just shaved the dog. Did not clean ears, facial hair (what's left of hair) was cut uneven, his skin around private parts were lacerated, nails were cut so horribly uneven. Wow! I would fire her in a heartbeat if she worked for me. Do not use her as you will regret it! Horrible service from her, we have had other good experiences there with other groomers. She is the opposite of a great groomer. Beware of Kea C!

This is the second time that I have dropped my dog at the pet hotel and requested grooming during his stay. Both times I was told that it would be done and it wasn't when I returned. Both times I was given a lame excuse and nothing was done. I was told by the manager that I could make an appointment for later. Why would I want to? I am done with PetSmart.

The manager told me that I could call corporate and all they would do is send him an email. That's useless

PetSmart is full of lying and dishonest employees I placed a online order on 12/31 had to cancel the same day because they were planning to deliver me a different item and as of today I've spoken to at least 20 employees of PetSmart literally trying to beg for my money to be refunded they deposited the funds twice now in my account only to immediately take the funds right back out again! This is a garbage company!

Why are their products so high? Same product at Amazon for 15.00 and I paid 61 dollar at Pet smart!

I took my dog in for a simple wash,dry and brush. And when I picked her up she was still wet and stinks! She smells more than she did when she went in! What the heck PetSmart!

I have a husky witch I had taken to pet smart to get groomed several times of the way they go through groomers the girl who had done her prior no longer there. I drop off my dog five mins later tell me she needed to see a vet the way she was shedding was not normal. My dog if Five years old and also has lost her coat the same way. And goes to the vet and is checked regularly. Young girls who don't know what they are doing but the company is making all the money off of them. Find a little local grommer my first review ever they are idiots

I have contacted the supplier and Pets Mart
Managers etc. It was disappointing to find out that the preventative FIP shot not given.
Animal are in close quarters.
Some shipped from other areas outside
Continental United States.
It is so painful to a animals to get this incurable disease. Customers are blindsided and are financially hit with this disease. It devastating
To watch your animal die such a

Just humanly vaccinate these animals.

I have been taking my dog to Petsmart dog grooming services at Chantilly, VA for over 3 years.
Today 05/11/2023, I was told that my dog had a drooling issue which is an indication of anxiety.
Going forward, I will be charged an additional $15.00 for the Express Service so that one groomer would care for my dog from beginning to end of grooming. I was told by Lorena, a manager and dog groomer that they're looking out for my dog's best interest as she could die from anxiety if placed in a kennel. It is obvious that my dog has been fine for the past 3 years with short, intermittent stay in a kennel. But as of today, I would have to pay $15.00 extra and stay in the store or in the parking to wait for her. This is Nazism in action, way to go Petsmart.

Submitted online order and was prompted to download the app to access curb service. Arrived at store with app activated and followed all prompts, and app said they "We on it", and would be right out with my order. 15 min elapsed…nothing. Called # on curb service sign on my parking place…no answer. Went inside and was told they received no notification, and that I should learn to use the app by rude manager. I'm in IT so I'm not the problem…the problem is the rude manager (Cherie or Sherrie, as she didn't have a name badge, so I only know what she told me, when I asked for her name). Telling all my friends NOT to shop there. Very RUDE behavior on the part of manager.

Ordered a clipper, 2 days later my order disappeared form their website. Called, they put it back. 2 days later it disappeared again. Called again and they said the item was on backorder and my order would be automatically cancelled. What modern company lets you order a product without having it in stock and then makes you wait 5 days to tell you? I will not be doing business with them again.

I went into petsmart yesterday to see Santa to find out that it ended with the 19 th. So I bought a can lid. I was carrying my dog and put her down so I could get my wallet. The man yelled at me saying is that your dog she needs to be controlled she was sniffing around)

Went to Petsmart on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo New York to get my puppy a haircut. I told the groomer Tricia to cut everything but his tail and the hair on the top of his head behind his eyes. I even had a clip in his hair just in case she needed it clipped while grooming him. I repeated myself to her probably 10 times. I repeated my self so much they looked at me like OK! There was also another Groomer who overheard Me repeat myself and I'm like. I'm just making sure that you do as I ask. I go to pick up my puppy who's hair I have been growing since birth he's about to be 1 Feb 19. All of his hair was cut an inch from his eyes. Curl in his tail GONE! She listened to nothing I said NOTHING! When I went back in there to confront her she said not one word no apology no nothing. Her attitude was unacceptable And unprofessional. She did a horrible job on his haircut.

We have been going to Petsmart the entire time for our dogs care. Our dog dies and they won't make an exception to the contract so you have to pay even though your dog has passed away. That's just so wrong on so many levels. I will never go back when we get a new dog.

When I tried to submit my order. I was prompted to re-enter my payment information because there was an error and the system couldn't process my information. I did this 4 times, and I was still getting the error message, how annoying. Aside from that, the website is slow, glitchy, and it doesn't seem to be able register autoshipment discounts. I give up on trying to order from Petsmart. Terrible experience.

I booked my first grooming 3 days ago and received a $10 off coupon. I went back to the app to retrieve it, when i was in the store, and could not find it anywhere. Asked the cashier if it was under my rewards, but nope. It had just vanished
