This company is great. Yes,there was a problem with the stroller,8 months later. Lock trigger wire broke for folding it. They replaced the stroller with a new one and all had to pay was shipping,because it was over 6 months,and I had to donate the old one to a Rescue Center (happily),which made those folks very happy.People at Pet Rover were courteous,pleasant,prompt,accommodating. And professional. Some people are complainers,I am a happy customer.
I received a message that my items were shipped. The message never changes status. I tried contacting them via their chat on several occasions - no one ever chimes in. I called there customer service number and just rings - eventually it rolls to voicemail. Terrible service and will to cancel via my credit card. I believe their ‘great reviews' are bots and likely paid fake influencers. Sham!

My nine-month old dog destroyed this expensive "heavy duty" product almost immediately. The company would not refund my money because the product is not expected to stand up to a dog scratching at it. I would like to see them post that piece of info on their website!
I am not sure about the quality of their products, given I have yet to receive them. I ordered my $200+ stroller a WEEK ago and all they have done is print out the shipping label. On the website, it says 5 day turn around time for East Coast customers. They are in Southern California and I am located in AZ. They have continuously told me that the item has shipped (since Wednesday, today is Friday) but anyone that knows how to read can tell that it hasn't even been picked up by UPS. Obviously their customers aren't a priority to them. All they do is say, "Sorry, but...". Sorry doesn't cut it.
I called with a question about a product and was treated so poorly I didn't bother to place an order.
A friend was told they could just cancel their $200+ order if they were unhappy about not getting a dollars off coupon applied.
I've never seen anything like it. They honestly do not care about you.
