I have been paying pet insurance with Pet Premium for 4 years now. First the first time ever I really needed to use it as my dog was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumors. He had surgery, I submitted bill and for the line item for the removal, $954, I was only reimbursed $278!!!! $135 per tumor?! They told me the rate the cost by the area I live in, appealing won't help, and talking to supervisor won't help. I am stunned!!! For all the money I pay and for removing cancerous tumors, they failed me! Completely disgusted.
Can I get a copy of our plan? And also can I get our account. And I would like to change the wellness plan.
I am slightly confused about the policy. I don't think I have got it yet. I better call them today. Also I can't really say how I rate the experience. I haven't received any products or services yet. As far as signing up for the insurance it was fine but I don't know when the policy is coming or if it came and I didn't see it if it came by email. Oh well. It will sort itself out.
It took 3 attempts to get a quote. The quotes just kept clocking with no response. The third try finally worked.
"Continuing Care" coverage in the contract was not mentioned through the application process. I think this is a significant omission.

A little cumbersome to use on mobile phone. Constant need to push Done even when field is filled. Lost the previous data when I linked to more info on policies etc which was irritating. Good presentation of policy choices and implications.
Can't say how satisfied I am about the products or services I received as I just purchased the insurance for the first time . The site was easy to use and the pricing was very valuable compared to other companies.
Site was easy to follow. The only thing is I have not received any confirmation of the amount I paid. I would like a receipt.
I enjoyed being able to make my own plan, however, I wish there was a plan you can make for both dogs together, and not have to do it separate.
