The online enrollment process was very easy and completely transparent. I also got my initial free quote delivered to my e-mail address as well. If you choose you can get everything sent to you in an e-mail so that cuts down on all the paperwork. With the 30 day money back guarantee, it looks like the best way to try them out. I did and feel comfortable with the idea my pet is now covered by PetPremium for those big ugly bills.
I have been paying pet insurance with Pet Premium for 4 years now. First the first time ever I really needed to use it as my dog was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumors. He had surgery, I submitted bill and for the line item for the removal, $954, I was only reimbursed $278!!!! $135 per tumor?! They told me the rate the cost by the area I live in, appealing won't help, and talking to supervisor won't help. I am stunned!!! For all the money I pay and for removing cancerous tumors, they failed me! Completely disgusted.
I would feel better about the price if it included wellness exams but I cannot afford the extra premium
It was hard to get the spay/ neuter and pasr medical conditions to stick to move on. Not even sure I got them right to be honest.
Unable to go back COMPLETELY to correct an error. I'm upset about the $1.50 per payment charge even though I paid in full.

Just getting to this web site through the portal was long. Had to type my name my dogs name multiple times. Just get your own web site and things would be easier. Price is OK.
