I recently stumbled upon petmountain.com while looking to buy more pork chomps for my dog (she loves them but we are trying to stay away from stores right now due to the corona virus). Her chomps were only $16 on this site, instead of the usual $25-$30 I usually pay at the pet store... which was awesome! After reading the reviews on this site, I was a bit worried about what the heck I was going to receive but everything arrived in perfect condition about a week later. I inspected everything and checked all the dates on the packages. Everything was great. I'm so happy I found pet mountain. I will be ordering from them again once my Trixie Mattel runs out of her treats!

I was hesitant to order from this site based on the reviews, but I've received three orders (and just made a fourth). Great prices, exactly what I expected, and fast (free) shipping. I really have no complaints with this company.

Last year I wrote a review that was very critical of Petmountain. I was very upset because I had not received my complete order. Petmountain did send me the rest of my order. Since then, I have had no problems with any of my orders. I buy for my dogs and tortoises. I usually try to buy bulk when it is in stock. Petmountain has the best prices. They beat all the competition. Oh, btw, I just received an order. Thanks, folks. I know in my heart that one order was an aberration from the great customer experience I usually receive from Petmountain. Thanks, again and have a good day.

I purchased a ZooMed Reptifresh screen cage through this company. When it arrived, one of the screens had a small hole. Received it on a Friday evening. So, I called them, first thing Monday morning. After reading so many negative reviews, I was a little worried. Well, not sure why so many bad reviews. I personally had a GREAT experience with them. They immediately sent me a return label and another cage. Im extremely happy with their customer service!

I've seen so many bad reviews but my experience has been quite good, i ordered a T8 UVB light fixture from them and it came earlier than scheduled. I opened it up and it was working fine but when I went to turn it off the light started flickering and burst. I emailed them and they responded the next morning and are sending me a new one. On top of that their prices are almost half of Petco or pets-marts I highly recommend them to anybody

We had a hard time finding Hikari wheat-germ for the winter in our town. Went online and could not find it on Amazon so we searched online and found it was cheaper so we ordered a bag. I've bought from Lush countless times, and I have never been disappointed in a single product! I love their bubble bars and bath bombs, but the massage bars they offer are also awesome and the scent lingers all day. I always try different bath lines and keep coming back to lush over and over.

I cant believe all the bad reviews so I am leaving this here. I order reptile supplies from them in bulk and they are amazing. I only had one problem, a cracked kritter keeper. They sent me a new one and even upgraded me to two day shipping. I contacted customer service through email and got a kind, professional reply within two days. They offer great prices, and even greater discounts! I will keep on shopping with them. Some shipments do arrive late, but thats the carriers fault. Im not going to take that out on them.

This Co is the only one I Would do business with tried Pet Co online once WHAT A JOKE Orded a parrot stand that said it was in stock after a week when I tried to check in the status it was still processing but was all ready taken out of my checking account. It took me 4 days to get in touch with Pet Co.! When I did they told me it had to be manufactured REALLY! So I asked for a refund it took 2 weeks after 8 calls for them to refund my money. I needed a locking door for the dog house I'm building, and decided to use a replacement crate door. They were one of the very few places to even sell them, and the price was great. I wasn't too thrilled with the shipping prices, but I went with the cheapest option, thinking it would take forever to get here. I was pleasantly surprised later that day to receive an email indicating they had already shipped it, and it came within a few days! Very happy with the speed of shipping.
