Completely unprofessional. My friends and I recently purchased a bootcamp from this guy, and he demanded that he be able to take photos of us. None of us were interested in that, and he actually told more than one person that if he could not take their picture, they were not allowed in his bootcamp. When we tried to discuss with him, he was not interested in listening. I just watched "The Biggest Loser" last night, and I didn't see Bob or Dolvett harassing the contestants. I've worked out with trainers before and dated college athletes (in my younger days) who were professionally trained, and NO ONE ever conducted themselves in a manner even close to this. Josh needs to take some courses in professionalism, sales, and probably some Business Mgmt, because he certainly won't win over his customers by badgering them or harassing them for information, a tactic known in the corporate world when denied access to information, immediately yelling at someone to fluster them into giving you what they want.
