I ordered an item and had it personalized. The item came wrong, I contacted customer service and they were extremely rude and said they would fix it but I would have to purchase the item again but would give me a 25% discount. Why would I purchase an item again when I already paid for it once and it was wrong?
They label things as "baby blankets", but when I ordered one it was not even big enough to use for a baby doll. They do list the size of the blankets, underneath the ordering form in really tiny type. And then they tell me I cannot return it because it is monogrammed and it was my fault the I couldn't read the tiny type after the order form. It is completely rediculous!
