Perfumebff iis NOT and reputable company. I placed an order for an expensive bottle of cologne, and when it did finally arrive via the USPS, the top of the bottle was broken off and all of the cologne gone. I am sure the mail carrier smelled good. After NUMEROUS attempts to contact them, I have not heard back from them. I will attach a copy of what arrived in our mailbox. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NEW YORK THIEVES. Carl

I purchased a 3 oz. Bottle of Black Opium By Yves Saint de Laurent Eau from Perfumebff.com. I contacted them months ago, telling them the fragrance was FAKE. It did NOT smell anything like the true Black Opium. I never used the perfume and have been waiting for them to tell me how to initiate a refund. No one ever answers the phone and I have left many voice mails and e-mails, asking them to make this right but they don't respond back. I mailed back the bottle, unused, paid return shipping, they have it in their possesion and still will not answer me.
I have initiated a complaint with the Office of the NY Attorney General, you can too, call: *******466, ask they send you a complaint form, get your documentation together and let's close this busines down, Seize the Day!
Purchased and paid for 2 3.4 oz bottles of perfume, received 2 2.5 oz. Instead. Their site says to call but when you call it says email so I NEVER got to speak to anyone! Over a 2 month period I contacted them at least 10 times giving them chance after chance to make this right but never heard a single word back from anyone! I even suggested just send another 2.5 oz bottle to make up the difference, DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK. I am so disappointed! This was an easy mistake to fix and they chose not to!
I purchased a 3.4 oz Dior Sauvage EDT and immediately noticed the packaging was sloppy. I used Dior Sauvage before and I knew it was a fake after I opened the package. The cap was not magnetized, the bottle itself was scratched, the fragrance was unknown and extremely light. I would give this site a zero star. Stay away from this site, Good luck on getting your refund.
I ordered my favorite purfume/cologne since it is an older brand and is disapearing from stores. The box and bottle were perfect the stuff inside was discolored and smelled like diluted alcohol. Because the box looked perfect I didn't open it until I had finished my cologne, which then puts me past their retun policy even though the contents were not what I ordered.
Bought a small bottle of Gucci Envy. It was a complete knockoff. Smelled nothing like the real Gucci envy. Buyer beware. Fake items sold
