I love your company. I have been buying from you for at least 10 years. Greater selection than any bricks and mortar store. The only issue is when something is on a waiting list!
I ordered 5 bottles of Joy perfume, and only 2 were shipped. Also the bottles of perfume were not in the original box and the perfume smell different than the real Joy perfume. Despite multiple emails back-and-forth, the company did not admit their mistake, and would not refund my money. Do not waste your time on this company!
I wish there were more than 5 Stars! I was well recommended and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to buy from them. Great company with great products. I was initially skeptical about the website and some of the reviews. I purchased more than a few bottles and Voila! Absolutely impressed with the quality of their merchandise. They are all legit. I was very happy with the purchase, and the products received. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Despite the warning/disclaimer provided for tester bottles, i only received one w/o a cap, and a few with a plain white box, which i don't mind one bit, it gets thrown away anyway. The Gucci Guilty, i wanted most of all, came new & sealed in original box. Aaaaaand i was allowed to make payments. What more could i ask for. Maybe faster shipping?

Everything arrives quickly and in good order. I have never had an issue with anything I've ordered from Perfume.com. I only wish there were not such a problem keeping some items in stock! Of course, that is not their fault! The pandemic has hit us all hard.

Very amazing program BUT they lost my subscription for the women's scent of the month so I had to redo it and lost out on a month but still VERY WORTH IT Id highly recommended them to anyone who wants to try different scents but don't have to take a chance on spending a fortune because you can choose the ones you want to try then purchase them at an affordable amazing price

I've been a customer of Perfume.com for years, and the experience has almost always been very good, just a couple of minor situations in about 6-7 years. Although, there is something I've been noticing since last year, and it is that they have been increasing notably their prices, to the point that two days ago I found a product in a store at $19 while in Perfume.com is priced at $27.58, that's about 45% more, and that's not the only example. I hope this won't be the trend of the site from now on.
My favorite, the original Fendi perfume, was discontinued several years ago. I saw that you had a list of "Fendi like" choices. I ordered three small bottles of suggested alternatives to try and see what worked for me. I am trying them on different days, so I can see how they smell at first and how my body reacts during the day. I am so pleased with two of my choices... you made it easy and inexpensive to try to find a scent that will work for me!

To be honest I was a little apprehensive when purchasing here based on a couple reviews. However, I'm so glad I bought anyway. I'm so excited with my purchase. These are the real deal and great prices. I couldn't be happier. Versace bright crystal is my favorite scent ( floral, clean, and long lasting)and I was able to get the largest bottle for what I normally pay for the small. It didn't come with the cap bc it was a tester but completely full. I didn't mind as I had the caps anyway from previous bottles. I highly recommend!
