Ordered a bottle of Al Haramain oud Amber rouge, my issue was that it doesn't have a smell at all, it was oily to the skin. I have people in the house saying the same thing. I tried calling their customer service no answer, emailed. Didn't hear anything from them.

Was just so happy you had my perfume. It's not being made anymore and I am buying lots of it. Thanks.

Sin embargo el tiempo de espera fue muy prolongado. Espero volver a solicitar otros productos y continuar con la evaluación pues muchos productos ofrecen ofertas al nuevo comprador y se olvidan de la fidelidad del cliente antiguo. Gracias

Bottle leaked in transit; cap was fused shut from condensed/congealed cologne and had to be removed w/ pliers. Spray assembly was gummed up and loose, detached. Impossible to reattach it to tube leading into bottle. Product smells nothing like previous purchases (of same brand-- Acqua di Selva) from other sources. Have asked for refund or replacement. No reply so far.

They asked for photographic proof of damage. I have supplied it and am awaiting a response.

I am not a first time customer and I would refer this site to everyone I know. Now, I'm not sure if I would. I had placed my order proceeded to check out applied my discount and was very pleased with the amount. While entering my shipping, billing, card info, etc... when order was confirmed the discount was gone. So now my order was about $25 more than I had planned on spending. I was very upset with this and now I don't know if I'll remain a customer...

Tried twice to get order. First time was told that they could not
Ship to delivery country. Waited for a day and delivery no problem. I now have 2

Package tracking told me insufficient address and was returning to sender. I had to call my local post office for them to put on hold for pickup. Once I received my package I noticed Perfume.com only printed my first name, house number and city. Not at all allowing possible delivery with that info. Caused a lot of fun around/phone calls on my end which was very frustrating.

Wanted white linen but you are always out so decided to try something different. I can't wear many scents - the just turn stronger on me so I hope this works

I bought 2 perfumes one the Can Can de Paris Hilton and Pink Sugar, but I was not really satisfied because the Pink sugar did not have the smell of the original, I thought they sold originals. I don't like

Shipping was fast. Perfume smells good but watered down. The scent is completely gone in less than 5 mins. Won't shop here again.

Great service, great delivery time, great product. Wish there would be more incentive regarding price of the product should this company want to continue to compete with retail stores. The incentive should be at least an eye catching discount. Overall I received exactly what I paid for in a wonderful timely manner!

Took a lot of effort to finally get my order sent out. Worked out well in the end.

I tried using the perfume 3 different days now and it's the same thing it didn't last for even 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed because I've recommended so many persons to this site I was a loyal customer that purchase will now be my final one.

Used you guys in the past were prompt and getting my order out and it was in great condition this time i ordered again a gift some cologne for my husband and paid extra for wrapping and a message well i got it in time however it looked like it was sat on and no message or gift wrapped what's up with that i hope when order the perfume when it is in stock it doesn't come like that just if you charge to wrap and put a message make sure it gets done because we order a lot from you guys and that was a disappointing. But prices are better then the department stores.

My husband Loves this cologne but both times we have ordered it is had a leak in the shower gel and half of the contents leaked out we don't want to return because he does love this but please check your products to see if they have leaks in them

I really like the prices of my favorite perfumes, but a few times I paid for speedier shipping, it always takes a week or more. Just go with the free shipping.

Even though your policy is to triple check the order. I didn't receive my miniature Liz Claiborne bottle that I ordered and paid for!

As you saw first order over126$$ was returned. No refund, the server used was usps.the box had large holes, lid was flat and could be accessed by anyone. Broken and completely destroyed. So that was disappointing being gifts. I ordered again one item this time 81$$ and it was supposed to be here in 3 days priority mail it was delivered 6 days. So over all its been awful. I should receive a gift discount and or make things better, somehow!

Very nasty young lady, who should not be working with public. Requested from 2 separate calls, that management to call asap. Never did get respected enough to be considerate to call. Flat out RUDE, to be treated like trash. Will not recommend, & make sure people I deal with does not use this company,who treats their customers like trash!!

I received my order and my lotion was watery, when I went to use it, it spelled all over the place and the scent was gone and it smelled old. I try calling Perfume.com and was told calls were not being taken and to email. I sent several emails and finally got and and answer of what to do with the lotion. I sent the lotion back today and hoping to get a refund for the terrible product I received.

I called several times and kept getting a message that there was no one available to take my call. Then I started email your support department and I didn't receive a response within 24 hours so I sent several emails until I got a response.

Price and delivery were good. Compared to bottles that I have purchased in the past, this bottle of Jessica McClintok doesn't have a fragrance that lasts. Disappointing.

Perfume.com misrepresented the pricing & the packaging. I receive a tester that Perfume.com was not suppose to sell. Plus, my credit card was charged twice for the same product. Please, check your records & refund my monies. Thank you!
