I love your company. I have been buying from you for at least 10 years. Greater selection than any bricks and mortar store. The only issue is when something is on a waiting list!

Buyer beware! I did my Gio cologne paid $148 far and never received product. They say it was delivered to my mailbox, and I had a tracking number, but I never received it? I refuse to buy another one from them!

I purchased an item well over a month ago.
The courier company they selected and used did not attempt to deliver the package. I was home the day they claim they attempted to deliver the package. There is also a concierge in the lobby. No package was delivered. I tried contacting the shipping company SIX times and never got a response.
Dealt with Ces from Customer Service for over a month. She could not get the company to deliver the package.
I finally asked for a refund. Everything but the shipping fees and taxes ($16 CAD) were refunded. I asked for my issue to be escalated to a supervisor. Why am I on the hook for the shipping when the courier never even attempted to deliver the package?

Ordered online - then paid with paypal - then the order was cancelled. Will not do business with this company going forward. Since i used paypal - my billing and shipping address are all the same - there should be no issue to cancelled my order.

Got a bottle of polo sport sport and it doesn't smell like polo sport on closer inspection u can see the tool marks where they pried the silver ring of the bottle don't know what they did to the contents but that ain't polo sport I even bought another bottle some where else just to make sure it wasn't just me.$#*! me once shame on u $#*! me twice ain't going to happen let the buyer beware
The delivery tracker is reliable and the product has a good quality. However, when the 3 bottles of perfume that I ordered, were delivered to me a while ago, the first bottle is in good condition while the other 2 bottles are almost empty. The sprayer of those 2 bottles is loose which results in the content being spilled/leaked all over the box. I am not satisfied with this shopping experience so I do not recommend this shop if they won't give me any refund or a replacement for those 2 bottles.

This place sends me offers all the time. And there offers stink. Not once has there 20% off coupons ever actually been $20% off. How about everything is more expensive with the discounts then competitors regular prices. This company sucks!

It's been two weeks since I ordered a product from Perfume.com, and I want my money back. Wish I never have heard of this company.
All I ask is for the BOD spray of $3.12 to be replaced since I received the item damaged and it leaked in the package. It was not visibly damaged however; the spray feature didn't function and it obviously leaked in the package and yet the associate name Vanessa wanted a picture. I had already cleaned up the mess since I had to check the other items which were perfectly fine. I spent close to $100 in this order alone and was looking forward to using Perfume.com again but, since the item was not replaced; I doubt that I will.
Vanessa was not understanding and didn't help at all.

I ordered 2 perfume from this website on the 28 th January I never received my order so I've recently looked into my order s as nd it had b cancelled but I knew nothing about it!
I ordered and made payment accordingly but got an auto reply mentioning payment was declined. But i got sms notifications frm my bank confirming the amount was deducted. Twice.!
Since the order was unsuccessful and supposedly unpaid, i dont have any references number or tracking order number to back up my claim. This is ridiculous.
Is this some kind of scam? Stay away from this website. Horrible experience.

I am so disappointed. I ordered Xmas presents for my wife and daughter in November and still no delivery. I have sent many emails to your support team who gladly acknowledge my payment and order yet won't answer any of my return emails on where my order is. I don't know what I'm going to say to my family on Xmas day except I may have been scammed and I'm sorry

One star is far to generous! They might have good prices but that is because they skimp on customer service and employees are AWFUL! They addressed my package improperly so it got returned to them I emailed twice to fix the problem with NO response I finally get through to someone a rude stupid person during business hours and all she says she can do for me is make wait even longer for them to scan the package then readdress it and send it out with 5-7 shipping day! I explained that unacceptable and all she would do is send it out same day with 2 day shipping. This was supposed to gift for my mother in law's birthday but now she won't get it till a week after birthday because this company's complete incompetence. By far the worst customer service I have ever experience I will gladly order some where else and pay more money from another company if that means I get and little respect and can trust that my package will arrive when it's supposed to!

This company won't do exchanges for perfumes received as gifts - even if you have the order number and receipt. They also don't answer the phones. You have to do live chat or send an email which is frustrating.
I put one order through the website but I received confirmation of two orders. I got in touch with the Perfume.com to let them know. They still shipped two orders and charged me for both. Now I have to wait until the orders arrive so that I can send one back to them. I have to wait for my refund until they get the product back. Nice timing on their part given that is a month before Christmas. Bottom line, they like to sell in multiples and if you don't buy into it, they will make you. This is one of the websites that take their chances and hope that you keep the product they sent unsolicited. And there they have their multiple sale. BE CAREFUL.
