My positive review of ONE WATCH OUT OF 12 was posted, and NONE of the negative reviews were. I have dealt with china for a long time, so I have a lot of experience with people there. What I will say is that the returns of watches is great, and they refunded my money immediately. I like that I can trust that I can send the watches back and get my money back.

Overall I don't recommend this site, but does anyone have a better one?

My purchases arrived. In fact PW contacted me to ensure my delivery arrived ok. Unfortunately one of the catches catch on clothing and keeps opening and the other, the oscillating weight for he automatic movement sticks, so the watch keeps stopping. When I contacted PW, they offered a replacement or $50 off my next order. They refused to cover the cost of return. My best option is to now fund a local repairer who won't confiscate it for being fake, plus a cost to repair it. It looks great only it tells the time only twice a day!

Not only did I receive a defective Rolex, I was promised that I would receive a $200 Credit from them if I cleared up a billing error. I did what they requested and they have been giving me the run around for 4 months now, not following through on their offer, nor attending to the defective Rolex I received in the first place.

These guys are a total scam. Save your money.

So here's my situation... I ordered a watch from megawatch.cn (their sister site) on July 1st and then ordered another watch on July 9th from Perfectwatches.cn. I was fed the same excuse as everyone else - relocating warehouses. I FINALLY received a tracking number from my perfectwatches order on 8/11. And its JUST now getting delivered this week, as it's only a state over from me. HOPEFULLY the watch is in great, working condition. But that still leaves me watch-less and tracking number-less from my original order from megawatch. Yes, YOU CAN get your money back. I simply filed a dispute with my CC company and they could clearly see that the # no longer worked nor did the website. I'm still hopeful I'll receive the watch, but I wont be holding my breath.

I ordered the Rolex Daytona Black PVD on Perfectwatches.cn their customer service was great. Then, the morning after the order a number which Caller ID identified as Pursevalley called me and said that they don't accept VISA from my country and I'll have to pay through Western Union. Then, I asked them to cancel my order and they did immediately and sent me an Email within the hour to confirm my cancellation. Nice website design. Not good service.

I bought my Rolex Submariner "Perfect Watc" Replica last May. It arrived heavily shrink-wrapped in CHINA with Chinese writing all over it. It was supposed to be a Jap[anese mechanism. The financial part went without a hitch. Why not? They are buying $15.00 replicas and selling them for $200+. The Tach Face fell off (fastened with rubber cement) after 3 weeks. The bezel does not fit the crown and WORST the Kinetic "so called" Japanese movement is very inferior. Loses 3-5 minutes a day and must be wound about 200 times to get it to be regular. I have to do this about once a week, depending on my activity. They would not adjust my replacement saying it was a few weeks out of warranty. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 2.

Firstly this company is the same as Purse Valley so beware. Company advertises as Express shipping to Australia which I assume is 7-10 days. It was 3 days after I ordered and received email/ and a call to confirm delivery address and was told it would be 2-3 days before it would be shipped from China. 7 days later I got an email to say it had just been shipped. (10 days already up). I tried to contact company (? Californian phone number). I was disconnected several times and so left my number, several times, as a message promises they WILL get back to you. They never responded. Long story! They offered me a refund as the watch was returned to them... undeliverable. I cancelled and tried ordering thru Perfect Watches>>> SAME COMPANY. Finally the watch did arrive after 3 weeks. Looks like they have a serious problem with what the customer writes as their address and where they try to send it. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I need you guys to fix this problem I spent too much money on a watch that should have been stainless steel band it should have not turn my wrist black I try to submit the picture it would not let me call back *******800 I am asking please help me as ASAP thank you

I would like some people who say that it is poor quality to post a few pictures of what was sent to them, then we would all know. 1000 words..

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased my watch. So, I ordered my watch in June 6th and they charged my account on June 10th. It took them almost two weeks to generate a tracking number AND to confirm the money was taken out of my account! I was literally calling them everyday for a tracking #. It finally arrives on June 29th, I open the box and st first I'm very pleased. And then I look closely at the watch face and the J on the DATEJUST is in bold. I'm mortified and extremely pissed. I call customer service and they tell me I can send the watch back and pay for shipping to get a refund or replacement. WTF? You sent me a defective watch and you want me to pay to return it? Then they break down and say "for this time only" we will cover shipping. Well after screaming at them over and over, I wasn't interested anymore. I called my bank, filed a claim based on false advertising fraudulent terms and agreement and I got my money back. And I'm gonna keep the watch. Run away from this company!

I am afraid I have to revise my review after a long period of dealing with Perfect Watches. I did indeed have initial good luck with their site, and overall ordered 11 watches from them, including one with the ETA movement, which costs about 3 times the normal price for the Myota movement. With 11 watches, it takes a while to go through wearing each very long. Since my initial purchases, 3 of the watches have had major issues and one has a band issue. My replica Patek Philippe's hour hand slipped off the drive shaft and cannot be repaired by any local watch place. My IWC Big Pilot's 2nd hand slips a bit on every rotation, making it useless. My Rolex Submariner I wore for 2 weeks before it just quit working all together. And finally, my "Swiss ETA" Breitling chronograph buttons stopped working on the 3rd try. Since this was a very expensive watch by comparison and had a swiss movement (supposedly) I took it to a friend who is a watchmaker, who informed me that this was not a swiss ETA, but in fact a chinese copy of an ETA 7750 movement.

Their return policy makes it almost impossible to get anything done, so I am done with them.
