After initial reservations about whether this clothing website was for me, I was more than impressed with the efficient and comprehensive service. Really easy to buy, the two dresses I ordered were really beautiful, only one beats the other. The delivery service has been brilliant so far, I will spread my voice among my friends and sing praises to this page.

I ordered my son a tuxedo jacket on 04/09/22 for his prom on 04/23/22. I paid for 3-5 day shipping so that I would have time to get accessories before the prom. Can't get anyone on the phone so I emailed them on 04/15/22 to inquire about my order. I received an email from Mel stating the shipping department confirmed delivery on Wednesday 04/20/22. Still no jacket!. Looking at the status per their website, my order has yet to be fulfilled! Now, I will have to scramble to find my son a jacket for Saturday. Really frustrated! Order#PT22991

I ordered my son a tuxedo jacket on 04/09/22 for his prom on 04/23/22. I paid for 3-5 day shipping so that I would have time to get accessories before the prom. Shirt was ill fitting, unfavorable material, and customer service was not friendly. Return window time got away from me as I've been planning a wedding and working full time, and they refused to exchange the shirt. I would never return business to this company. You've been warned.

Customer's order was four months old. Any customer within our return policy will have no problems returning or exchanging. We often make exceptions if you're just outside the policy, but four months is too long.

I ordered a tux, when it arrived my son told me it was not the color he wanted. I put in a request for a return and it was approved. The next day I shipped the tux through UPS. The tux arrived in two days. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting to get my money back. I have called, left voice mails, and sent several emails but no response. The process should not take this long especially when prom season is right around the corner. I would recommend a quicker process.

Hi Veronica - I'm really sorry for your experience with our return process, but as clearly stated, it takes 7-10 business days to process. We try to be upfront as possible with all our policies. Unfortunately, during our peak season we get a lot of returns and exchanges and we process them in the order received. It hasn't been three weeks, but it did take the full 10 business days.

I ordered a tux and 4 other items. The delivery says delivered. But it was never delivered. Wedding is today. No tux. Wont use them again.

A month after package was delivered customer contacted us saying she did not receive the package. UPS started an investigation and customer confirmed with them that they indeed reveieved the package. If this is not the case please email customerservice@perfecttux.com and we would be happy to follow up with UPS.

Purchased a shirt, item too small. Returned item in 3 days still waiting for my credit after 47 days. WOW!
Won't do this anymore.

When I removed the shirt from the shrink wrap, there were several white stains on the shirt in various places. I brought the shirt to a dry cleaner for them try to remove the stains. The shirt is due to be picked up on 10/24. I hope the stains are gone. Poor quality control is bad for business.

Purchase a Shaw lapel ivory colored tux online for a upcoming wedding in November. When it was delivered the tux wasn't the color it appealed to look online. The lapel was suppose to be ivory but it was a champagne color which didn't match the wedding colors. I returned the tux within the 14 day period allotted on the return policy. I waited 7 to 10 business days to revived refund as stated in the return policy. I NEVER GOT A REFUND. I tried contacted by phone numerous times, the automated voicemail stated that the customer service hours are from 10a-2p Monday-Friday but when I called between those hours and still never got anyone on the phone. The only contact was through email. That sucks because I have to wait days for a response after sending several emails. STILL NO REFUND AND ITS BEEN 32 days.
I would highly recommended buying from another company.

I ordered my fiance's tux in burgundy, it arrived very quickly in the color maroon. It was an hassle to send back. Back and forth with customer service. Finally sent back but no response for two weeks. Called customer services, they received the suit but was not processed yet. He said he will process right then and send me a email stating its processed. It is now a week later. No email, no refund.

Ordered a lilac colored neck tie for my son. Chatted with one of the representatives and told him I need it for my 8 year old son. When I received the package, I was surprised that it's not the quality that I expected. The satin cloth looks cheap and it's too short for my son. Overall not happy and will need to return it.

We also sell ties and bow ties numerous times a week and never get complaints on the quality. We really wished you would have contacted us directly to see if we could help rectify any issues you may have before such a bad review, especially since we went out of our way to help you find the perfect tie style/color combination that wasn't currently on our website.

Don't order the silver and black sequins tuxedo jacket. Within minutes of putting the jacket on the black sequins flip over and show and ugly silver line along all seems and also randomly throughout the fabric. Looks very cheap. And to boot the company is unwilling to take the jacket back. Not what a reputable company does, in my opinion.

We're really sorry, but If the jacket was shipped damaged we would have no problem issuing a refund or replacing the jacket. The customer admits to wearing it and it's hard to say how/where the jacket was damaged. We do know we have never had this complaint about any of our sequin jackets or other products in general. It's an unfortunate situation, and again, we would be happy to replace any item that arrives damaged for whatever reason, but this was not the case.

I purchased a tuxedo on Monday, 4/18, for my brother to wear to prom. The next day, I received an email stating that my order would ship no later than the following day (4/20). On 4/20, I received an email stating that my package shipped, and I would receive it no later than 4/22. On 4/26, when I had not yet received my package, I contacted customer support for an update. Only after wasting another half of a business day, midday on 4/27 they told me that their warehouse lost my order and it had not processed or shipped it yet. They also said that their warehouse would be processing it hopefully by the next day (4/28), and that it didn't make sense to upgrade my shipping because I live so close to their warehouse (I'm in PA, and the warehouse is in NJ). The fact that they didn't demand their warehouse to process my lost order and ship it out immediately is appalling. I demanded the shipping upgrade, but they didn't process my order on 4/27. Today, 4/28, they can't even provide me with a tracking number so I can monitor the status of my package which they claim will be shipped today for overnight delivery. So, I'm left with a heartbroken brother with no tuxedo for the prom tomorrow (4/29). Avoid this company at all costs. A cheaper price is not worth all of the headache I have gone through.

This was a terrible mistake by our fulfillment center. As soon as the customer made us aware of the issue, we did everything in our power to get the customer their tuxedo ASAP. Even though the customer is 1-2 days away from the fulfillment center, we upgraded it to Next Day Air Shipping. By the time the re-shipment processed the order it was too late to have the order shipped out the same day. We apologized, and still do, for this grave mistake. We were told his prom was next week, so we thought everything would be OK, but then was told he was attending a second prom which is this weekend. A tracking number was provide and the customer will receive the package tomorrow. We understand the complaints and feel really bad about it.

They shipped a completely different shirt than I ordered. I have called and emailed and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. I am contacted my credit card company because I feel something is fraudulent.

Paid an EXTRA $93 for next day and NEVER received my item. Not to mention the jacket was already $200.

* Perfect Tux attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Once Anglique's informed us about the missing package we starting an investigation with UPS. After UPS completed the investigation process and confirmed the package to be lost we issued a full refund. We're very sorry that UPS lost the package, but situations like that are outside of our control.

This PerfectTux company is a fake guys. Their product do not match the sample on their website. I just bought a Tux from them, about a mouth ago and didn't look the same as it was on their website and I returned it back. Just a heads up guys. Plz be careful when you are returning their product. Make sure you video record the process when you placing their product in a package for a return just to be on the safe side. They will always want to fake something in order take some of your money believe me. I'm a victim of the PerfectTux. Be careful guys

Ordered jacket in enough time to receive. Asked if it was in stock and the reply was yes. Asked if it would arrive by the following Friday and the reply was yes. Then received an email saying that that size was not in stock and that could get a different jacket or a different size. Opted for a different size. Asked if it would arrive by the same Friday and was told yes. DID NOT ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. So, just thought it would come Monday. DID NOT COME MONDAY. GOT AN EMAIL TUESDAY TELLING ME THAT IT HAD ONLY BEEN SENT RUSH DELIVERY ON MONDAY. When I called was told that the jacket would not arrive until late Wednesday, which was the day that it was to be used. Did not have time to make sure if it was in good shape or wrinkled or have no fold lines. The young lady that I spoke to did not care about the situation or that your service department LIED. The jacket had a few fold creases. I am furious. And I am going to do everything in my power to let all persons in my vicinity know not to purchase from you. I will also write the Better Business Bureau in your city and tell them the same. In your state also and the rest of the world. Your service department made it very easy to order, but it also did not come through on its promises, causing several problems, we will never order from you again. Kevin Lawing.

I have not received my order which I was to get on May 7th. I have asked for a refund but have not received it yet. UPS has been doing an investigation since May 10th.
