The man on the phone never told me his name. My account was charged a subscription fee, which overdrew my bank account. So he "refunded" my charge. Then proceeded to be very pushing trying to sell me higher packages. I respectfully declined 6 TIMES! I explained my account is in the negative, and I can not afford to upgrade my account at this time. Yet apparently he didn't get the point. I had to confirm MULTIPLE times to NOT charge me anymore. So make it VERY CLEAR with these people that your canceling!
She helped me so much, I couldn't recommend more. Will 100% use again for my resume needs. We had a tough problem but she took the time to help when I don't think others would have.

I went from running around with my head cut off like a chicken, to being able to breathe just by using the templates from this website. It was so easy to use and it even gives you tips! The only down side is it isnt free, but you can pay $2 for a 14 day trial, & the agent who answered my phone call was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you!
Beware! I got a resume from them paid 3 dollars and authorized the payment two weeks later they started authorizing more payments from my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT even after I cancelled my account. They have been saying they will give back the money for the past 2 MONTHS and constantly sending "verifications" that the money will be transferred when no such transfer has occurred! If you use this company after getting your resume I would suggest cancelling your card or putting a pay stop order for this company before they start taking your money even if you cancel!
The costumer representative is very accommodating and polite very vivid in giving solutions to your concerns.
