She was very friendly and helpful when helping me. I was calling with hesitation since I am located in Canada and didnt know if there was much to help, but Alisha cleared up all my questions and any concerns were taken care of. Thank you Ali for your kindness and support.
I got a 1 dollar trail for a week of the membership. I emailed twice, filled out the contact forms, and no response. I was charged for the full membership. I then called the phone number to cancel. Elusive there too. Once you cancel, it quickly says a confirmation number that you can barely make out. Then it immediately hangs up. DO NOT USE.
I have been satisfied with what I wanted out of Peoplesmart, but I wasn't looking for a lot of detailed information. I paid $20 for an unlimited query month and feel like I have gotten what I paid for. A lot of sites charge that for one query although you might get more information, you just need to determine what you are looking for first and plan accordingly.
