Didn't get all the info I wanted but I got enough to point me in the right direction and I found just about everything I was looking for.The customer service was phenomenal! I wrote an email to support 2 times and they got back super fast and offered alot of help towards my issues. They were very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The billing practices are extremely deceptive. You will get several red notifications stating that they're having some "difficulties" and they are unable to cancel your membership at this moment. They're counting on you to forget to come back later. After I canceled my membership for the third time, I should have had the entire month left before the expiration date because I cancelled the day after they autobilled me. I just wanted to be sure that it didn't slip my mind the following month. When I went back to my account it gave me a prompt that said I had to "reactivate" in order to view the reports that I had saved, which should have still been accessible to me for almost an entire month. I sent the company an email and they told me that somehow you can still access the reports. To just try to click them anyway. I didn't even attempt it because that is extremely shady. To make it appear like you have to reactivate your account in order to get the rest of the month that you've already paid for. Oh that's sneaky. They're counting on you just believing that and reactivating. Not to mention the information in the report was nothing more than you could find on any Google search anyway.

I used People Looker once and was asked to pay 1 USD. That was the only reason I provided my credit card credentials. & days later a was charged 21.51 USD for the subscription I never did! Pure scum! The service was useless as in the end of the day they provided the Report with the wrong name. I wrote to Customer Service but there is no answer for more then 24 hours. I need mu money back and I want to cancel my Peoplelook member ship immediately!

Stay away from this site. They take money out of my account periodically even though, I have wrote multiple emails asking them to cancel my subscription, and have spoken on the phone to them, but eventually couple month's $38 is taken out of my account. Scammers

You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Trying to lure people in by making them think they are searching for unclaimed cash. And then stating that it doesnt cost money to find out if you have unclaimed cash in your name, but then are directed to payment page and then never find out about the unclaimed cash. How do you get away with this? Am I supposed to trust in your company and service when the first thing you do is start out with a LIE? NOT A CHANCE! And below it states that writting false reviews of against the law, BUT YOU DELIVER FALSE ADVERTISING!

I bought the 7 day trial of PEOPLE LOOKER in hopes to find out if I was being scammed. I ran a pic of my wife and the report showed nothing everything was blank. Bad part since this is a pay App it shouldn't have pop ups to try and jam other apps down your throat. These pop ups are so bad that it is hard to establish if the box your clicking has to do with your search or some off the wall app.

They say free on there site but you put your info in and they want $1.00 I was like alright but then they wanted more I got out of there page and moved on. I got no info from them, but they keep trying to take $21.51 out of my account. They've tried several times but I have my card locked and contacted my bank. I've emailed them and they won't respond. There just trying to steal my money. There scammers. Read other reviews on them. There not good.

I wish I would have read reviews not just followed the trail to them on Google.

Don't be scammed by this company. The $1 fee actually cost $1 plus the next month fee. I fell for the scam, sent an email the day I signed up to have them cancel my subscription. They didn't and then charged me the next month. I have ask for a refund but only get emails back saying they have cancel it now. I did the email request via their website. Not trustworthy. Don't use.

They charge you a small fee so as not to be noticed automatically.not just a one time fee. Then once you finally notice this reaccuring fee and cancel. It costs $ 32.11 to cancel through another greedy company.the service is subpar. The "hidden fees" are highly business unethical. Never again will I patronize this company!

Immediately seen on the first screen is a window message stating, "we respect your privacy", I mean how stupid do you think I am? You're gathering information about 1 person to give or sell to anyone who is willing to pay for it. You do realize that this is the exact opposite of respecting a person's privacy, don't you? Or are you stupider than you think we are?

Be cautious if you use their services. You will pay 1$ as trial and 23 dollars after 7 days, which you have no idea about except for a small box on payment screen telling you about subscription.

I just lost 23 USD for no reason. Infact, I actually got no useful information using this site.

Use of this website and its services has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! First of all, I got no results on numerous phone numbers! Big disappointment! Second of all, its a large task finding out how to cancel my subscription! Huge scam! You hope I just give up and let it charge me! Well guess what? I didn't. Cancel it or I will be reporting this for fraud. I suggest you make it more accessible to cancel it. Your website is complete trash and you hope someone like me forgets to cancel it so you can make your spare change to pay your rent. This company is truly ran by a sad person. I will be going through my bank and getting a refund of every penny I spent on this horrible website, along with leaving this review. What a scam. In order to cancel you have to call or email, once you do so you are placed in a long wait queue for hours and sometimes days. Once the agent calls you back you are offered other plans and are treated as if you are the problem if you wish to cancel and get a refund if you were already charged. If you successfully dispute the charge with your bank and charges get removed you will see them charge your account again the next day. This is horrible and I hope nobody else gets trapped into this scam funnel.

Continue to automatically bill you even if you uncheck the box during signup, have to call or email to cancel subscription and will be forced to listen to a 50% discount offer to desperately try to keep stealing your money. Absolute 100% shady business probably closest they can get to an official scam without crossing the legal line as to not get shutdown. DO NOT SIGN UP

Horrible customer service and will charge after canceling even if before trial is done. Do not use..

Paid for trial and canceled before trial ended and continued to be charged when account was canceled. No refunds no customer service and charges continue and have had to discontinue my account use over it. Also happened to my husband the exact same way when he signed up for paid trial and had exact same issues and had to discontinue use on his card. Even canceled through our bank and charges continued and had to switch banks. They never respond nor do they refund or correspond.

I've sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my account, and cancel my payment, and I have received absolutely zero customer service. At this point I don't care about a refund, I just don't want to billed anymore, at this point I've just decide to cancel my PayPal account just because that's what I've was using to pay. If anyone can help with ending the payment please message me.

Okay I just confirm this is a total scam I sent two email from two different emails and when they couldn't find a account under one of the emails they responded quickly almost a minute after being sent but when I sent it from the correct email no response
