Penny Purses is my definitely one of my all time favorite penny auction sites! For those with bad reviews, they simply don't understand the concept. There are AMAZING deals to be had, for sure. I have won over a thousand dollars worth of bags for roughly 85% off overall. Chris (the owner) is very quick to respond to emails and listens to suggestions, He ships via UPS and it is extremely quick. Highly recommended if you want a great deal.
