I was ripped off by one of these penny auction sites. They are complete scams. You spend money to bid on an item, and you don't even know whether other people are really bidding. Who knows if the items actually exist, and are going to be sent to you? I know I didn't win anything. Ebay is the only legitimate company I know of. These penny auctions are just a scam, don't expect to actually win an item.
They just changed owner and the new one was ripped-off his money for sure. I can say this coz i saw what the previous owner replied (and lied) to the new one.
The new guy realized this and started changing rules and policies with no warning whatsoever and does not reply to mails of any sort except buyer ones.
Stay away really.
I actually won a nintendo wii console off the site in November from this site and also I won another item on QUI Bids.
This website is not like ebay you have to know how to use these sites in order to win or you will not win.
They currently offer nothing but more bid packs to bid on... a real scam, IMHO.
Really bad service... won item almost three month now still waiting for item.
