UGH- Get it together Penningtons!
The review regarding their shipping issues below is obviously not related to Covid but ERROR on their part (unless Covid somehow makes people send items all the way across Canada when all they have to do is send it 30 min away from the warehouse)

I know Penningtons is a sister company and carries some of AE's old stock but the way this company is run and the quality of merchandise has definitely gone down in terms of customer service and quality.
Its bad enough as larger human beings that we have to pay such EXTREME mark-ups on clothing and intimates (cause c'mon, even though our bigger bodies use more fabric etc, we all know that its INSANELY RIDICULOUS how much more we have to pay compared to """"regular"""" sized women), and that we have SO much less inventory to choose from (especially if you live in Richmond BC like I do where you cant even find plus sizes at the local Walmart due to the average sized woman who lives here).
But when Penningtons can't even deliver a package from a shipping location in Burnaby BC to an address in Richmond BC (30 minutes apart) properly- and when you contact them they just basically say, Oh dont worry its in transit you will receive it soon.
Gee, how about saying "Sorry for the inconvenience not receiving your ($73.87 bra) has caused you." (In my case my last properly fitting bra broke and I had an event to attend on the 10th of June) I ordered my bra on May 31st and was told I would receive it by the 9th of June).
Its super frustrating. I explained in an email to customer service that I had an event to attend, and that I had to go wearing a MacGyvered version of my broken bra which embarrasingly did NOT hold up - but there was nothing in response other than the standard reply as mentioned above.
EVEN more frustrating is that through tracking I could see that the Bra indeed had arrived in Richmond by the 8th but instead of being delivered it was sent to ( get ready for this)... NOVA SCOTIA! - It is now the 15th of June and tracking shows was the Bra was sent to and has been in Quebec since the 12th of June and hasn't moved since then. SMH
